Abstract: PURPOSE: A level shifter using a bootstrap capacitor and a latch signal, an inverter including the same, and a level shifting method are provided to integrate a circuit by using a BCDMOS(Bipolar CMOSDMOS) process. CONSTITUTION: A first output voltage generator(11) outputs a first voltage or second voltage as a first output voltage based on a first input signal. The first output voltage generator generates a latch signal based on a rise edge or fall edge of a second input signal. A second output voltage generator(22) charges electric charges based on the latch signal. The second output voltage generator outputs the voltage corresponding to the charge as the second output voltage.
