Abstract: A culture system for micropropagating and acclimatizing plantlets is provided to allow propagating, rooting and acclimatizing of the plantlet to be continuously done in the culture tank by culturing a portion of the plantlets in an aseptic culture tank. A culture system for micropropagating and acclimatizing plantlets comprises a culture part(100) including a culture tank(105) for culturing the plantlets, a culture tank cover(110) for keeping the culture tank aseptic, an airtight packing(120) for allowing the culture tank cover to completely seal the culture tank, an opening door equipped at one side of the culture tank, a culture solution tank(125) supplying a culture solution, a culture solution inlet(130) formed at one side of the culture tank, a culture solution outlet(140) formed at the other side of the culture tank, a first air supplying unit(150) where air required for growing the plantlets is supplied, an air outlet(160) where the air in the culture tank is discharged, a first air aseptic filter equipped at the first air supplying port, a second air aseptic filter(165) removing bacteria and fungi from the air discharged from the air outlet, a first liquid aseptic filter equipped at the culture solution inlet to supply the aseptic state culture solution, a second liquid aseptic filter for filtering the culture solution discharged from the culture solution outlet and then discharging it in the aseptic state, a far infrared rays sterilizing lamp(175) for sterilizing the culture solution to be supplied to the culture tank, and a contamination detecting sensor(170) which measures the electrical conductivity(EC), hydrogen ion concentration(pH) and the temperature of the culture solution to determine the contamination of the culture solution; an integrated controlling device(200) including a first motor, a second motor supplying air required for the plantlets cultured in the culture tank through the first air supplying unit to the culture tank, a contamination alarming device generating an alarm sound to inform the contamination of the culture solution, an intensity of illumination controlling device, and a display portion(260); a ventilation controlling device(300) directly supplying air required for the growth of the plantlets; and an illumination intensity adjusting device(400) located at an upper part of the culture tank cover to supply light required for photosynthesis.
