PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating melon seeds is provided to improve convenience and productivity by discharging the melon seeds while cutting melons in different directions regardless of size or shapes of the melons. CONSTITUTION: An upper casing(110) includes an inner space. A hopper(112) receives melons and is installed on the top of the upper casing. An upper cutter cuts the melons with a constant interval. A lower cutter cuts the melons on the bottom of the upper cutter. A lower casing(138) has an inner space. A charging hole(136) is formed on the top of the lower casing and is connected to the bottom of the upper casing through a connection part. A spray pipe(142) sprays water and is arranged on an inner upper side of the lower casing.

A fruit washing apparatus is provided to remove the moisture of the fruit surface and to improve the quality competitiveness due to excellent fruit packing and keeping condition. A fruit washing apparatus comprises a plurality of washing tubs(10), transfer rail(20), container(30), and moist remover(40). The washing tub is arranged in a state that the constant interval is separated and contains a supply tube body(11) connected to the outside for supplying air bubble, ultrasonic wave, and electrolyzed water. The transfer rail is installed at the upper part of washing tubs while being separated with the constant interval and contains downward transfer unit(21). The container is transferred according to the transfer rail and washes the fruit by being dipped in the corresponding washing tub. The moist remover is positioned at the adjacent portion of an end washing tub among a plurality of washing tubs and removes moisture of the fruit surface.

An apparatus for peeling balloon flower root automatically by injecting high-pressure water to balloon flower root is provided to execute the peeling work continuously and more efficiently and make it possible to omit a separate washing process. An apparatus for peeling balloon flower root consists of: a housing(1); a conveying device(2) to convey balloon flower root; a water injection device(3) to inject high-pressure water to the balloon flower root so as to remove the skin of the balloon flower root. The conveying device has an upper and lower conveyor driving device(21,22) for providing a rotating driving force of an upper and lower conveyor(11,12); and an upper conveyor support shaft(31) and a lower conveyor support shaft(32) for transferring the driving force to the upper and lower conveyor and supporting the interior of the edge of the upper and lower conveyor.

An apparatus for trimming leaves and roots of spinach comprising a transfer part, a cutting part and a leaf removing part that are driven by an electric machine to automatically remove roots and lower leaves of spinach is provided. It reduces labor power, working time and cost, thereby improving working efficiency. The apparatus for trimming leaves and roots of spinach consists of: a transfer part(14) containing a first conveyor belt(10) that is rotated in a parallel direction to the ground according to a predetermined trajectory and a second conveyor belt(12) that is adhesively disposed to the upper surface of the first conveyor belt while being rotated in the same direction and transfers the upper leaves of spinach; a cutting part(20) containing a cutter(16) that is disposed apart a predetermined distance from the side part of the transfer part to cut the roots of spinach while being coaxially rotated in the same direction as the travelling direction of the transfer part; and a lower leaf removing part containing a first and second lower leaf removing roller(22) that is adhesively disposed to the side part of the cutting part while being axially rotated in the orthogonal direction of the travelling direction of the transfer part to catch and pull the lower leaf of spinach.

PURPOSE: An automatic garlic roots cutter is provided to reduce labor and cost, and simultaneously to minimize distribution cost. It also suppresses the quantity of wastes, and achieves selecting, packing and storing garlic automatically in its growing district. CONSTITUTION: The garlic roots cutter is characterized by consisting of a supplying bench(11), an upper brush(21) and a lower brush(22) at the supplying bench, a cutting blade(12) at the brushes, an upper conveyer belt(41) and a lower conveyer belt at the supply bench, a distance control handle(13) between the conveyer belts, a power transferring part(14), a protruding chain, a control box(16), and a driving motor(17).

PURPOSE: A garlic clove separator comprising a urethane conical drum with a screw and an inclined cylinder is provided to make the separation of garlic cloves automatic, thereby maximizing working efficiency and minimizing the damage to the garlic cloves. CONSTITUTION: A garlic clove separator(100) includes a top feeder(10) with a hopper(11) for feeding a whole bulb of garlic. A garlic clove separating unit(20) is placed under the feeder(10) with a conical drum having an inclined screw and an inclined cylindrical tube to separate the garlic clove from the garlic bulb. The screw of the conical drum is attached with an urethane buffer. A sorting unit(30) is placed under the garlic clove separating unit(20) with an air blower to sort the garlic clove, the garlic core, the garlic root and the garlic skin. A first discharge hole(32) is formed at a side of the sorting unit(30) to discharge the garlic clove, and a second discharge hole(33) is formed at another side of the sorting unit(30) to discharge the garlic core, the garlic root and the garlic coat. A power transmission unit(40) is provided at a predetermined location of the garlic clove separator(100) to drive the conical drum and the air blower.

CONSTITUTION: In a rice polisher(1) for removing fine rice bran adhered to milled rice and polishing the milled rice by transferring a raw material fed into a raw material hopper(11) at one side of a body(10) of the machine to one side using a screw(18), and transferring the raw material transferred to one side by the screw to the upper part by driving of the screw, the dry-type rice polisher is equipped with a polishing part for removing the fine rice bran and polishing the rice at a proper position inside the body, the polishing part comprises a rotor which is equipped at a proper position inside the body, at the upper part of which a fixed rod is installed, at the lower part of which a screw is installed, and into which a plurality of vent holes are penetrated with spaced apart from each other in a certain distance; a brush holder which is inserted into the upper part of the fixed rod of the rotor, on proper positions of which vent holes are formed so that they are conformable with the vent holes of the rotor, and on the proper position of the outer circumferential surface of which a brush implanted plate is installed; iron nets which are placed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotor, at the lower part of which a first screen(61) formed in a slot shape is installed, at the upper part of which a second screen(62) formed in a slot shape is installed, wherein a polishing plate is installed between the first and second screens; and a polishing part cover(70) which is installed at a proper position of the body and plays a role as a cover.
