Abstract: A job hunter and job offerer mediation management method through an investment link and a system thereof are provided to enable a personal job hunter to invest in a company that the job hunter wants to go, so that the job hunter can be a stockholder as receiving allocation except wages. A mediation management server(200) stores job hunter information in a DB, and searches job hunter information matched with job offerer conditions to send the searched information to job hunter terminals.
