Abstract: A job hunter and job offerer mediation management method through an investment link and a system thereof are provided to enable a personal job hunter to invest in a company that the job hunter wants to go, so that the job hunter can be a stockholder as receiving allocation except wages. A mediation management server(200) stores job hunter information in a DB, and searches job hunter information matched with job offerer conditions to send the searched information to job hunter terminals. A financial server performs transferring to an account of the mediation management server according to transferring request signals received from the job hunter terminals. The mediation management server comprises as follows. A virtual account manager updates reserves transferred to virtual accounts of job hunters, and stores the updated reserves in a reserve DB(270).
