Abstract: A resistance electrode is provided to prevent a phenomenon a melted welding material is adhered to an electrode by arranging the electrode on a location different with the location of a welding part. A resistance electrode comprises a first electrode and a second electrode welding a member to be welded(1) and contacting with a surface of the member to be welded, and a press member(12,13) compressing the member to be welded and combining with the first and the second electrodes. Positions of the first electrode and the second electrode combining with the press member are settled on an opposite direction respectively based on the press member.

Abstract: A solid electrolytic condenser and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify the structure and process of the solid electrolytic condenser in order to reduce production cost and to maximize the electrostatic capacity as well as miniaturization. A solid electrolytic condenser(100) comprises a condenser element, an anode wire, a cathode lead-out layer, a conductive bump, a molding unit, an anode lead terminal and a cathode lead terminal. The condenser element(110) has the polarity of anode. The anode wire(120) is inserted into the condenser element and protruded to the outward side of the condenser element. The cathode lead-out layer(130) is formed on the surface of the condenser element. The conductive bump(140) is formed on the surface of the cathode lead-out layer. The molding unit(160) surrounds the condenser element and exposes the protruded end part of the anode wire and the end part of the conductive bump. The anode lead terminal(170) is located on the molding unit in order to be electrically connected to the exposed end part of the anode wire. The cathode lead terminal is located on the molding unit in order to be electrically connected to the exposed end part of the conductive bump.

Abstract: A cutting device and a method for controlling the same are provided to allow a worker to check a blade in real time during a cutting operation so that the blade is replaced at a desired time point. A cutting device includes a blade(30), a resistance measurement unit(60), and a controller(70). The blade cuts a target. The resistance measurement unit is connected to the blade to detect the resistance of the blade in real time. The controller is connected to the resistance measurement unit. The controller receives a resistance value from the resistance measurement unit and compares with a preset resistance value. The controller determines to replace the blade with new one based on the comparison result. The controller determines a time point the input resistance value exceeds the preset resistance value, as a replacement time point of the blade.
