Abstract: A device and a method for providing multimedia contents are provided to extract the contents or a content list corresponding to an emotion code, and offer the extracted contents or content list to a searcher by using the emotion code corresponding to a quantity ratio of a type of the contents inputted from the searcher. An analyzer(330) analyzes the quantity ratio of the type of the first multimedia contents included in an album. An emotion code generator(340) generates the emotion code corresponding to the quantity ratio according to an analysis result. Abstract: A music file edition device and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to divide lyrics displayed on a screen without reproducing a music file and to collectively generate the plural divided lyrics in a file type, thus the user is able to simply conduct a file edition task. A display(100) displays lyrics of a music file. A divider(105) divides the lyrics of the music file. A generator(120) collectively distinguishes the divided lyrics of the music file, and generates the distinguished music file in a file type. A storage(130) stores the generated music file. In an arithmetic unit(110), the lyrics of the file are arranged by being divided according to each time frame corresponding to reproduction time of the file, and at least one piece of divisive location information and index information is formed when the lyrics of the file are divided.

Abstract: A pixel circuit of a solid state image-sensing device for improving the image quality is provided to form channels of a source follower transistor/a row selection transistor at the side and lower portions of a gate electrode. A bare silicon substrate is prepared. Impurities are doped at a channel area of a reset transistor in order to control a threshold voltage and a channel area of a source follower transistor and a row selection transistor. A photo resist mask is prepared at the channel portion of the source follower transistor and the row selection transistor in order to form a trench. A shallow trench is formed at the non-photo resist area by an etch process. After doping impurities on the trench portion, the photo resist is removed, the surface cleaning is performed and then a gate oxide and a poly silicon are sequentially deposited. An insulation layer is formed on the poly silicon layer for planarization. After the CMP(Chemical and Mechanical Polishing) process, the poly silicon patterning process is performed so that the poly silicon for forming gate electrodes is formed. An LDD(Lightly Doped Drain) type transistor is completed by using spacers.
