    Abstract: Provided are a display device and a method for controlling the same. The display device enables a plurality of users to change an individual watching image only while watching different images from each other in a single display device without causing inconvenience to other users. The display device comprises an image signal processing unit for processing an image signal; a display unit for displaying an image based on the processed image signal; an input receiving unit for receiving inputs of a plurality of users; and a control unit for controlling the image signal processing unit so that a plurality of images for multi-view watching of the users can be displayed and controlling the image corresponding to the received input of the user among the images to be changed according to the input of the user if at least one among the inputs of the users is received.
