Abstract: 본 발명은 레이저를 이용한 비접촉 방식으로 도광판의 밑면에 소정의 곡률을 갖는 라운드 형상의 홈을 형성한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An LCD device and a light guide panel used for the same are provided to prevent lowering of luminance of a backlight assembly by improving structures and manufacturing methods of a light guide plate for forming the backlight assembly and a reflection sheet formed on a bottom face of the light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of V-shaped groove(155) of a V-CUT type is formed to a horizontal direction of a lamp(55) on a bottom face of a light guide plate(150). A beam emitted from the lamp(55) is reflected vertically by an incline plane of the V-shaped groove(155). A reflective layer(170) is formed on a bottom face of the light guide plate(150) by using a vacuum deposition method. The beam passing through the V-shaped groove(155) is reflected vertically by the reflective layer(170).

Abstract: PURPOSE: An LCD and a method for manufacturing a lamp reflector sheet being adopted the LCD are provided to prevent a brightness of a lamp reflector sheet from being deteriorated and to extend a durability thereof by protecting a deterioration of an electricity/heating of the reflector sheet caused by a light and heat being generated from a lamp. CONSTITUTION: A lamp reflector sheet(230) is formed by a deposition process at the inner surface of a supporting plate(210) constructing a shape of a lamp reflection plate(50). The material used for forming the lamp reflector sheet(230) must have a superior adhesive property and a small thermal expansion property by a light reflecting rate and the deposition process. For example, the aluminum is used as the material of the lamp reflector sheet(230). The thickness of the lamp reflector sheet(230) is formed to the extent of reflecting the light at least, and the thickness becomes thick or thin in proportion to the process progressing time of the deposition process in a vacuum chamber.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A loading device of a disk player is provided to fix a cartridge holder to an upper part of a bracket, and to load/unload a disk to a turn table. Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for loading a disk cartridge. The apparatus comprises an upper door, a lower door, a barricade, a worm gear, a driving shaft, a shaft gear and an arm. The upper and lower doors have a gear opened and closed with the insertion hole of a disk cartridge. The barricade caulks the slots among the doors and insertion hole. The worm gear is connected to the gears of upper and lower gears to rotate the doors. The driving shaft is coaxially connected to the worm gear. The shaft gear is connected to the driving shaft and the loader. The arm is rotatively installed on each side of the doors to push the doors to a counter moving direction of the disk cartridge, and to drive the barricade to caulk the slots. Thereby, dust can not be penetrated into the player so that the quality and reliability are improved.
