Abstract:
A screen display device with plural light emitting diodes is provided to prevent change of color in a specific region of the screen display unit due to interference of an optical source by other materials by using a second light filter layer like a blue color filter layer. A screen display device uses more than two light emitting diodes including a first light emitting diode and a second light emitting diode, and includes a first light filter layer(2), and a second light filter layer(1). The first light filter layer blocks the wavelength of 380 to 450nm from leaking at the undesired area of a screen display unit of the device. The second light filter layer controls the white light to be emitted from the desired area of the screen display unit.

An organic semiconductor matter using carbon nano tubes having a high semiconducting property, an organic semiconductor thin film using the same, and an organic semiconductor device employing the same organic semiconductor thin film are provided to improve an on/off ratio and to block a leakage current by performing a wet process at room temperature. An organic semiconductor matter includes an organic semiconductor material and a semiconducting property. A ratio of the organic semiconductor material to the semiconducting property is 2 to 3. A carbon nano tube has a semiconducting property of 75 to 100 %. The carbon nano tube is 0.001 to 5 weight percent when the organic semiconductor material is 100 weight percent. The carbon nano tube is obtained by using a method for separating semiconducting carbon nano tubes or a method for removing a metal characteristic from the carbon nano tube.
Abstract:
A dispersant having a silane head, and a phosphor paste composition including a phosphor, organic binder, and the silane dispersant are disclosed. The silane dispersant of this invention can greatly increase dispersion efficiency of a phosphor in a curable binder resin system. Thus, when the dispersant is used upon fabrication of a white light emitting diode, the resulting light emitting diode can have high luminance.
Abstract:
A sulfide phosphor paste composition comprising a sulfur-containing dispersant, and a fluorescent film prepared therefrom, are provided. The sulfur-containing dispersant has a dual head structure containing both a carboxyl group and a thiol group or a structure containing a thiol or thiophene group as a head group. An oligomeric sulfur-containing dispersant is also provided. Adsorption of the dispersant on the surface of the sulfide phosphor prevents aggregation of the phosphor particles, and thereby improves the dispersibility of the sulfide phosphor paste composition, the homogeneity of the phosphor in the paste composition, and the density of a film produced from the paste composition. Fluorescent films and display devices produced from the phosphor paste composition exhibit improved luminescent properties and excellent processability.
