Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling the operation of a Kimchi refrigerator is provided, to enable a plurality of reservoirs to be operated by different operation modes according to the operation condition selected by a user. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of discriminating the operation condition selected by a user from the key signal of the key input part (61); carrying out the refrigeration storage operation to total reservoirs by working the valves (72, 73) of each reservoir and the compressor (70) if the operation condition is discriminated to be total refrigeration storage operation; carrying out the maturation operation to total reservoirs by working the heaters (78, 79) of each reservoir if the operation condition is discriminated to be total maturation storage operation; carrying out the refrigeration storage operation to the corresponding reservoirs by working the valves (72, 73) and the compressor (70) and the maturation operation to the corresponding reservoirs by working the heaters (78, 79) if the operation condition is discriminated to be the refrigeration storage operation in some reservoirs and the maturation storage operation in the other; carrying out the refrigeration storage operation to the corresponding reservoir by working the valves and the compressor if the operation condition is discriminated to be the refrigeration storage operation in only one reservoir; and carrying out the maturation operation to the corresponding reservoir by working the heater if the operation condition is discriminated to be the maturation operation in only one reservoir.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided, to generate gentle buzzer sound in Kimchi refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: A apparatus comprises an operation part (100) for inputting the operation course; a control part (120) which drives a compressor or a heater according to the input operation course, and outputs the pulse signal for selecting the frequency generating the pulse width modulated signal and the buzzer sound to generate buzzer sound when the operation course is input; a buzzer driving part (160) which supplies the electrical power for a buzzer (163) according to the pulse signal; and a buzzer (163) which generates the buzzer sound. The control part (120) outputs the pulse width modulated signal with the first frequency and the pulse width modulated signal with the second frequency continuously.
