Abstract: PURPOSE: A rack for a microwave oven and a microwave oven set are provided to prevent part of food from burning by restraining overheat of a tray part. CONSTITUTION: A rack(200) is formed of a tray part on which food is put, and a plurality of support parts(202) supporting the tray part to separate the tray part from a bottom surface of a cooking chamber of a microwave oven at a predetermined gap when the rack is placed in the cooking chamber. The tray part is formed by arranging a plurality of hollow pipes(21) made of a stainless steel material. Both ends of the hollow pipes are supply by the support parts. Each support part has a containing part(20) for containing liquid inside. The containing parts of the support parts are communicated with the hollow pipes.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Fixing structure of a microwave oven is provided to prevent a microwave oven mounted at a moving unit such as a vehicle from being separated and to inhibit the microwave oven from being damaged by absorbing vibration and shock applied to the microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: A microwave oven(10) includes plural panel fixing holes(12) formed at both left and right sides of an outer panel(11) assembled with a couple of fixing brackets(20), and panel fixing bolts(13) inserted into each panel fixing hole to connect the outer panel of the microwave oven to the fixing brackets. A base frame(30) has frame fixing holes(31) and frame fixing bolts(32) to fix the fixing brackets. Herein, the frame is integral with the body of a vehicle to have a sectional area for mounting a microwave oven. The fixing bracket consists of a vertical bent portion(21) and a horizontal portion(22). The horizontal portion has fixing grooves(22a) lengthwise to be adhered parallel with the base frame. The vertical vent portion is vertically bent integrally with the horizontal portion to form plural fixing holes(21a). The fixing holes of the vertical bent portion are preferably formed, considering the position to be communicated with the panel fixing holes when the panel fixing bolts of a microwave oven are inserted. The fixing bracket connects the vertical bent portion with the microwave oven by using the panel fixing bolts for fixing the outer panel of the microwave oven. The horizontal portion is fixed to the base frame through the frame fixing bolts. Thereby, the microwave oven is fixed to the base frame tightly. The tightly mounted microwave oven is not influenced by vibration or shock when a vehicle is moved.

전술한 구성에 의하면, 마그네트론을 신속하게 냉각시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 따라서, 반복조리시 마그네트론의 온도상승에 의한 초기 출력저하를 방지하므로서 조리동작시 균일출력을 유지할 수 있는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.-
