Abstract: 본 발명은 BLDC 모터의 제어장치 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 회전자가 마련된 BLDC 모터의 제어장치는, 직류전원을 공급하는 전원공급부와; 상기 직류전원의 전압을 감지하는 직류전압감지부와; 상기 직류전원을 공급받아 상기 BLDC 모터의 각 상에 상전류가 흐르도록 하는 인버터부와; 상기 BLDC 모터의 상기 회전자의 회전위치를 감지하는 위치감지부와; 상기 위치감지부의 감지결과에 따라 상기 BLDC 모터의 상기 회전자의 회전속도를 판단하고, 상기 직류전원의 전압변동과 상기 회전자의 회전속도간의 지연을 고려하여 상기 BLDC 모터의 각 상에 흐르는 상전류의 리플성분이 제거되도록 듀티비가 조절된 PWM 신호를 상기 인버터부에 인가하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여 BLDC 모터에 공급되는 직류전압의 리플성분으로 인한 BLDC 모터의 상전류의 리플성분을 제거하여 BLDC 모터의 구동을 안정화 시킬 수 있고 소음을 방지할 수 있다.
