    Abstract: A modified flagellin is provided to improve toll-like receptor-5(TLR-5) stimulating activity by site directed mutagenesis of some amino acids of flagellin, which are TLR5 agonists, thereby enhancing unique activity of the flagellin. A modified flagellin which is a flagellin modified body of septic vibrio with enforced toll-like receptor-5(TLR-5) stimulus activity is described as SEQ ID : NO. 2, which is prepared by site directed mutagenesis of an aspartic acid, which is a 70th amino acid, by alanine, or prepared by site directed mutagenesis of an asparagine, which is a 135th amino acid, by an aspartic acid. A vaccine supplement agent comprises the modified flagellin.
