Abstract:
A membrane for a water treatment according to the present invention includes: a hydrophobic polymer; and an amphiphilic compound having a hydrophilic block and a hydrophobic block. The amphiphilic compound has an amine group attached to a main chain. According to the present invention, by preventing scaling occurring while treating wastewater containing cations by introducing positive charges to the membrane, the performance of the membrane can be enhanced.

본 발명은 나노브러쉬형 친환경 대체가소제 화합물 및 단일반응기 공정(one-pot process)을 이용한 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 나노브러쉬형 친환경 대체가소제는 내분비계 장애물질인 프탈레이트 화합물 배제를 위해 환경 및 체내에 무해한 코어물질에 환경친환성 및 생체적합성을 지닌 락톤계 단량체를 브러쉬물질로 개환중합 시키고, 최종적으로 브러쉬의 말단 수산기를 안정화한 화합물이다. 이러한 나노브러쉬형 친환경 대체가소제는 폴리염화비닐(PVC)과 우수한 혼화성 및 PVC 외부로의 유출이 없어, 우수한 가소화 효과를 부여하는 동시에 환경호르몬 문제 및 환경규제에 대응할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 나노브러쉬형 친환경 대체가소제의 제조방법은 유기용매를 사용하지 않고 단일반응기 공정으로, 경제성과 상업성 및 친환경성을 지닌 나노브러쉬형 친환경 대체가소제 제조가 가능하다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing antimicrobial fiber with a chemical bond of metal nanoparticles, and antimicrobial fiber formed therefrom are provided to uniformly attach nonparticles on the surface of fiber. CONSTITUTION: Fabric having hydroxyl is prepared, and the hydroxyl is changed into thiol. The fabric having the thiol is fabricated. The electronegativity of the nano particle colloid solution is 1.9-2.54, and the diameter of the nano particle colloid solution is over 90pm. The oxidation value of the nano particle colloidal solution is 1 or 2. The nano particle colloid solution is applied to the surface of the fabric having the thiol, and the covalent bond of the metal nano particle and the thiol is performed.

PURPOSE: An electrolyte film, a manufacturing method thereof, a membrane electrode assembly using thereof, and a direct methanol fuel cell are provided to reduce the permeability of methanol by applying sulfation titanium dioxide to an ion conductive polymer matrix. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyte film formed with an ion conductive polymer, for a direct methanol fuel cell contains sulfation titanium dioxide uniformly dispersed to an ion conductive polymer matrix. 1~10wt% of sulfation titanium dioxide is mixed with the total amount of electrolyte film. A manufacturing method of the electrolyte film comprises the following steps: preparing the sulfation titanium dioxide in a sol state; impregnating the ion conductive polymer to the sol; and gelling the sulfation titanium dioxide sol impregnated with the ion conductive polymer.
