Disclosed are a bio-fouling-resistant water treatment membrane which comprises: a thiol group containing polymer membrane, and metal covalent nanoparticles bonding with the thiol group, and a method to manufacture the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a membrane having excellent water permeability while controlling bio-fouling caused by microorganisms adhering and proliferating on the membrane surface, and to a method to manufacture the same. Provided is a membrane having excellent water permeability while controlling bio-fouling of microorganisms adhering and proliferating on the membrane surface, and a method to manufacture the same.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing antimicrobial fiber with a chemical bond of metal nanoparticles, and antimicrobial fiber formed therefrom are provided to uniformly attach nonparticles on the surface of fiber. CONSTITUTION: Fabric having hydroxyl is prepared, and the hydroxyl is changed into thiol. The fabric having the thiol is fabricated. The electronegativity of the nano particle colloid solution is 1.9-2.54, and the diameter of the nano particle colloid solution is over 90pm. The oxidation value of the nano particle colloidal solution is 1 or 2. The nano particle colloid solution is applied to the surface of the fabric having the thiol, and the covalent bond of the metal nano particle and the thiol is performed.
