PURPOSE: A group key renewal method and device are provided to achieve high efficiency of key renewal generated en bloc from the key renewing process by eliminating the imbalance of key tree. CONSTITUTION: KDC confirms a new entry user group which is trying to enter newly to the group receiving multicast data(S1305). KDC receives information of a group entry time and group departure time from the new entry users(S1310). KDC classifies the remaining residual user group and the departing user group departed from the previous section(S1315). A departing user group is deleted(S1320). KDC determines a protocol which is currently performed(S1327). KDC arranges new entry users to a residual user group due to the group departing time information(S1340). PURPOSE: A resource allocation method and apparatus thereof are provided to adaptively allocate bandwidth according to the traffic conversion of a virtual network in a virtual network environment. CONSTITUTION: A resource allocation apparatus calculates average traffic consumption between end nodes according to each virtual network during a fixed time section. The resource allocation apparatus allocates resources to each virtual network(S302). PURPOSE: A network structure having a multiple-layered virtual network and a router therefor are provided to supply to a user a security means proper to the purpose of a service by providing the multiple-layered network security through plural virtual network. CONSTITUTION: Virtual networks(10a,10b) are configured based on a physical network(10), and the physical network includes physical routers(100). Each physical router contains virtual routers(100a,100b). The plural virtual routers function each independent router in a network layers. The virtual routers forms layered virtual networks through the connection with the virtual router in the same layer of the different physical router.

PURPOSE: A security quality quantitative method of on a network and apparatus thereof is the security quality of network are provided to user the information about the quality of the service of on a network and about security it accurately measures.
