Abstract: A content partition type cup is provided to receive two or more kinds of beverage at the same time and to enable a user to drink the beverage selectively according to his/her tastes by dividing the inner sides. A content partition type cup includes an upper end reinforcing portion(20) and a partition(40). The upper part of the cup is open. A predetermined bottom plate is adhered to a bottom surface portion. The upper end reinforcing portion is formed on the upper end frame portion of the cylindrical body portion to have a predetermined thickness, and reinforces the solidity of the body portion. 종래의 쌀종이포대는 생산지(자)를 표기하는 인쇄화면을 표기하기 위하여 동(銅)실린더에 크롬 도금된 원통롤에의해 두루마리종이에 인쇄하는 방식인 그라비어(graver)인쇄의 윤전기를 사용하여 쌀포대를 제작하므로서, 그라비어(graver)윤전기의 가격이 고가이어서 쌀종이포대의 생산시설 및 비용이 높아지며, 그라비어인쇄는 인쇄화면이 거칠하여 미려하지 못한 문제점이 있다.
본고안은 3겹지로 구성되는 쌀종이포대의 표면지를 옵셋인쇄한 외지판(110)로 하고 천공된 투시공(112)에 비닐지(113)를 접착하여 종이포대에 수납되어진 내부쌀이 투시되게 하며, 풀칠부(121)를 갖는 중지판(120)과 풀칠부(131)를 갖는 내지판(130)을 엇갈리고 중첩으로 접착하여 3겹지판(140)을 구성하고, 이 3겹지판(140)의 일측에 풀칠부(141)를 형성하여 3겹지튜브(150)을 형성하며 이의 양측마감부에 마감지(161)을 덧대고 봉합사(162)로 봉착하여 쌀종이포대(100)을 구성하므로서, 쌀종이포대의 외지판의 생산지디자인을 인쇄화면의 선명도가 좋고 소비자의 인식도 높이어 생산자와 소비자의 신뢰를 굳히어 쌀(곡물)의 소비도 촉진되는효과를 얻는 쌀종이포대를 제공함에 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a specimen bottle is provided of which working process is shortened. Therefore, a bottle for a specimen is manufactured easily and cost effectively. And its manufacturing device is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) after melting glass raw materials at a temperature of 800-1,400 deg.C, pouring the molten glass into the combined inside of a neck-mold(220) and a cavity mold(230); (ii) combining a core mold(210) with the inside of the neck mold(220) and the cavity mold(230) to prepare a preliminary molded product(240); (iii) after separating the core mold(210) and separating the neck mold(220) from the cavity mold(230), taking out the preliminary molded product(240); (iv) combining the preliminary molded product(240) with a blow mold(250a, 250b) and then pouring air into the blow mold(250a, 250b); and (v) after separating the blow mold(250a, 250b) and opening the neck mold(220), taking out a complete product. The specimen bottle manufacturing device comprises: (i) a core mold(21) of which the upper part is wide and the lower part is narrow; (ii) a neck mold(220) of which a lower end part has a wide upper part and a narrow lower part and which is separable; (iii) a blow mold(250a) which is constructed to be separable by a combining part; and (iv) a blow mold(250b) which is separably combined to the blow mold(250a) by a groove.
