Abstract: 본 발명은 UWB용 소형 평면 모노폴 안테나에 관한 것으로서, 유전체 소재로 판형으로 형성되어 있고 상하로 관통되는 접속용 관통홀이 형성된 기판과, 접속용 관통홀 주위를 에워싸게 기판의 상면에 형성된 급전부와, 급전부와 이격되어 기판의 상면에 급전부보다 확장된 크기의 사각 형태로 형성된 방사부와, 급전부와 방사부를 상호 연결하는 연결부와, 기판의 하부에서 기판에 형성된 관통홀을 통해 내선이 삽입되어 급전부와 결합되는 SMA커넥터를 구비한다. 이러한 UWB용 소형 모노폴 안테나에 의하면, SMA커넥터와 직접 접속에 의해 접지면을 생략할 수 있어 구조가 단순화되면서도 소형화할 수 있고, UWB 통신 대역에 대응하는 광대역에서 동작할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A compact stacked monopole chip antenna is provided to reduce the size of an antenna by decreasing an electrical length through the negative coupling of a second radiating unit. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(110) is made of dielectric materials and is comprised of an upper substrate and a lower substrate. A thin plate is interposed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. A first radiating unit(130) is formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the substrate with a meander pattern. A second radiating unit(150) is formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the substrate with a helix pattern. The first and second radiating units are made of conductive materials. A feeder is connected to the first and second radiating units.

Abstract: A small antenna for an RFID tag of a UHF(Ultra High Frequency) band is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by forming the antenna in a substrate without an additional matching circuit in a simple plane type. A substrate(11) is made of dielectric material. First and second strip pattern units(20,40) are formed in an upper side of a substrate. The first and second strip pattern units are mirror-symmetrical based on a first reference line. The first strip pattern unit includes a main strip(21), an upper strip(22), and a lower strip(23). The main strip is extended along a second reference line at right angles to the first reference line. The upper strip is bent along a counterclockwise direction from one end of the main strip in an upper area based on the second reference line. The lower strip is bent along a clockwise direction from one end of the main strip in the lower area based on the second reference line. The lower strip is mirror-symmetrical with the upper strip.
