Abstract: PURPOSE: An RF switch a phase compensating circuit is provided to be capable of compensating the phase of non-linear signals by inserting the phase compensating circuit into the RF switch, thereby controlling so that the phase is converted into linear status. CONSTITUTION: A power amplifier(10) is connected to an anode of a first diode(D1) through the phase compensating circuit(20), and is connected to a voltage(VC1) through an inductor(L). At this time, the voltage(VC1) is connected to one end of a capacitor(C), which other end is grounded. A cathode of the first diode(D1) is connected to an antenna(T) and one end of a phase compensating circuit(30), which other end is connected to one end of a distribution integer line(40) having a predetermined length(d). Here, the length(d) of the distribution integer line(40) is 1/4 of the wavelength of a transmission RF signal. The other end of the distribution integer line(40) is connected to a low noise amplifier(50) and an anode of a second diode(D2), which cathode is grounded.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wide-band linear amplifier circuit is provided to generate a frequency of a several-thousand MHz band necessary to realize an IMT-200. CONSTITUTION: A wide-band linear amplifier circuit comprises a frequency characteristic block(102) which compensates a frequency characteristic of a signal source. A wide-band input matching block(104) performs a wide-band impedance matching between an input signal and a field effect transistor of an amplification block(106). The amplification block(106) amplifies the matched input signal in a predetermined gain range to generate an output signal having several-thousand MHz frequency band. A first compensating part feeds back an output of the field effect transistor to an input side of the amplification block(106) to compensate a flat characteristic. A second compensating part(110) feeds back the output of the field effect transistor to the input side of the amplification block(106) to perform a noise and gain compensation. A wide-band output matching part(112) matches an impedance between an output of the amplification block and a load so that a load efficiency of a load impedance is maximized.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A broadband linear amplifier having multiple amplification terminals is provided to generate broadband signals of thousands of MHz needed to realize a broadband wireless communications system. CONSTITUTION: A broadband linear amplifier includes two broadband amplifiers(300,400) and a broadband output matching block(500). The first broadband amplifier(300) amplifies the power from the power supply and generates a signal of tens of MHz having a first gain(G).
