PURPOSE: In a frame synchronization apparatus of the DRM(Digital Radio Mondiale) receiver, and the method thereof and system is the frequency domain, by being proceed the frame synchronization using the phase of the reference cell the irrespective excellent frame synchronization is proceed with the fading appearing in the mobile history of the DRM receiver. CONSTITUTION: By increasing the compensation phase shift value about received a plurality of symbols to the phase shift value between the k number reference cell within each symbol and k-1 number reference cell the operation unit(410) outputs the result. The symbol of the result having the minimum value the synchronization performing unit(420) compares the result outputted to each symbol-by-symbol is extracted. The frame synchronization is proceed by extracting the symbol of the result having the synchronization performing unit is the minimum value. The compensation phase shift value comes under to the phase shift value between the k number reference cell within the first symbol of frame and k-1 number reference cell.

본 발명은 ATSC-M/H 방송 서비스 송수신 시스템에 관한 것으로, ATSC-M/H 방송 서비스 송출 시스템은 방송 데이터 수신부, ATSC-M/H 전송 프레임 멀티플렉서, ATSC-M/H 전송 프레임 송출부를 포함한다. 상기 방송 데이터 수신부는 신규 서비스에 대한 방송 데이터 및 부가 정보를 수신한다. 상기 ATSC-M/H 전송 프레임 멀티플렉서는 상기 방송 데이터 및 상기 부가 정보를 이용하여 상기 신규 서비스의 앙상블(Ensemble)을 구성하는 ATSC-M/H 전송 프레임을 생성한다. 상기 ATSC-M/H 전송 프레임 송출부는 상기 생성된 ATSC-M/H 전송 프레임을 송출한다. 이때, 상기 ATSC-M/H 전송 프레임 멀티플렉서는 상기 부가 정보를 상기 ATSC-M/H 전송 프레임의 일반 데이터 영역에 기록하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a multi-mode digital radio broadcasting receiving apparatus for receiving, decoding, and outputting a broadcasting signal according to various broadcasting standards, and a method thereof. A main controller controls a received broadcasting signal by outputting a control command and an operation code regarding a broadcasting standard to be received, and performs decoding using a CODEC suitable for the received broadcasting signal so that the broadcasting signal according to the various broadcasting standards may be received and output.
