PURPOSE: Provided is a municipal wastewater treatment apparatus and process with continuous feed and cyclic aeration which shows high removal efficiency of organic and nutrition. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an intermittent aeration tank(2); a microbe control tank(5) which is installed inside the intermittent aeration tank to generate activated soil microbes during aerobic phase; a continuous aeration tank(3) for secondary removal of residual organics which are not decomposed in the intermittent aeration tank; a settling tank(4) for solid/liquid separation; a sludge return line(13) which returns settled sludge from the settling tank to the intermittent aeration tank; a waste sludge line(14) which transfers residual sludge from the settling tank to a sludge retention tank(6); and a supernatant return line which supplies supernatant from the sludge retention tank to the intermittent aeration tank.

PURPOSE: Provided is a system for removing nutrients of domestic sewage using two step aeration which can remove organic matters in wastewater efficiently by activated sludge process and contact aeration process, and can remove nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus by installing denitrification chamber and dephosphorization chamber. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a flow equalization basin(2) which equalizes flow rate and concentration of wastewater and primarily settles grits; a denitrification tank(3) which reduces NO3-N to nitrogen gas in denitrification tank; an activated sludge tank(4) which nitrifies organic matters and NH3-N in aerobic condition; an intermediate settling tank(5) which separates activated microorganism sludge and disposed water; a contact aeration tank(6) which is packaged with contact media(13) to extend retention time of microorganisms; a dephosphorization tank(8) in which phosphorus is released in anaerobic condition; a chemical precipitation tank(9) in which phosphorus is precipitated by using coagulants; a final settling tank(7) which separates sludge and treated clean supernatant water.

The present invention is about a treatment method of waste water generated in food processing plant by two position aeration process which solve environmental reformation and environmental pollution. The present invention comprises a process of filtering process material with screen, inflowing filterate in first settling tank and sending residual to thickener; a process of mixing process material inflowed in first settling tank with sludge recycled from second settling tank also the last settling tank; a process of sending sludge to thickener by solid-liquid separation with gravity in first thickener, diluting supernatant with dilution water and inflowing ore position aeration bath by controlling pH; a process of transfering process material accumulating in one position aeration tank at a long time and removing organic matter and pollution matter and like this in second settling tank; a process of recycling sludge first settling tank and transfering supernatant to one position aeration tank by solid-liquid separation process material with gravity in second settling tank; a process of absorbed decomposition fine floc formed by residual and first aeration using aerobic microorganism adhesive to porous plate filter medium having flexibility in second aeration tank; a process of effluxing supernatnat and internal recycling a part and the rest to first settling tank by solid-liquid separation with gravity transfering process material said process to last settling tank; a process of dehydrating in thickening sludge in thickener desiccator.
Abstract:
The organic compositions in livestock's feces which are discharged from livestock production facilities were somewhat eliminated by using the decomposition and proliferation of aerobic microorganism, wherein the moisture in feces was evaporated and the pathogene fungi were disinfected by the biological energy resulted in the decomposition process with minimizing the loss of nutrient such as nitrogen in feces to give organic barnyard manure. The livestock's feces were mixed with sawdust and rice hull for controlling the moisture to 65% and the mixture was contacted with aerobic microorganism by aeration through the bottom air feeder, followed by decomposition of organic composition in feces. The temperature in reactor was ascended by the microorganism decomposition heat to evaporate the moisture and to disinfect the virus and pathogene fungi.

본 발명은 축산 시설에서 배출되는 축분 중의 유기 성분을 호기성 미생물의 분해 및 증식 작용을 이용하여 일부를 제거하고, 이 분해 과정의 부산물로 발생되는 생물학적인 에너지를 활용하여 분내의 수분을 증발시키고 병원균을 살균시키고 분내에 포함된 질소 등의 영양 성분의 손실을 최소화하여 작물의 성장에 필수적인 영양분을 공급할 수 있는 유기질 퇴비를 생산하도록 설계된 유기성 폐기물의 퇴비화 처리 장치 및 처리 방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 (a)퇴비화 변소에서 배출된 유출수에 응집제를 첨가하여 침전된 응집괴를 슬러지로 분리 제거하는 단계, (b)응집 처리된 피처리물에 공기를 주입하여 함유된 암모니아 성분을 대기증으로 배출시키는 단계, (c)암모니아가 제거된 피 처리물을 중화시켜 침전된 염을 분리 제거하는 단계. (d)중화 처리된 피처리물을 모래 및 활성탄에 의하여 차례로 여과하여 부유 물질 및 잔류 유기물을 제거하고 처리수를 방류하는 단계 및 (e)상기 단계 (a)와 (c)에서 분리된 슬러지 및 침전 분리된 염을 퇴비화 변소로 재순환시켜 퇴비화를 수행하는 단계로 이루어진 것이 특징인 퇴비화 변소에서 배출된 유출수의 처리방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면 흡착 후 BOD제거효율이 75%, 활성탄 흡착 후 BOD제거효율이 50%로서 분뇨 처리 시설의 환경 기준치인 BOD 40㎖/ℓ보다 낮은 농도의 최종 유출수를 얻을 수 있다.
