코어-쉘 나노와이어가 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 코어-쉘 나노와이어 어레이는, 기판과 평행한 형태의 나노와이어; 및 상기 나노와이어 상부에 코팅된 코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따르면, 포토 리쏘그래피(Photo lithography)와 임프린트(imprint) 등과 같이, 기존의 모든 나노 스케일이 가능한 리쏘그래피(Lithography)를 이용하여 나노와이어 어레이 구조를 형성한 후 코어-쉘 나노와이어 어레이 구조를 형성할 수 있다.

A core-shell nanowire is provided. A core-shell nanowire array according to the present invention includes: a nanowire which is parallel to a substrate; and a coating layer which is coated on the upper side of the nanowire. According to the present invention, a core-shell nanowire array structure is formed after a nanowire array structure is formed using an existing lithography with all of the nanoscales like photolithography, an imprint, and the likes. PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a nano structure, the nano structure manufactured by the same, and an apparatus for manufacturing the nano structure are provided to directly manufacture the desired shape of a nano structure in an element by implementing a nano structure growing reaction based on light energy integrated in liquid environment. CONSTITUTION: A nano structure is grown on a substrate by applying light energy to the substrate which is immersed in a nano structure precursor(S100). The nano structure is grown based on hydrothermal reaction. The substrate includes the seed of the nano structure. The nano structure precursor solution is an aqueous solution containing the metal salt of the nano structure and ammonia. An apparatus for manufacturing the nano structure includes a container and a laser light source part. The container contains the nano structure precursor solution. The laser light source part applies the light energy.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing metal nano-tubes and the metal nano-tubes manufactured by the same are provided to eco-friendly implement manufacturing processes by simultaneously growing nano-tubes and eliminating a nano-wire template in one container. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing metal nano-tubes includes following: A nano-wire template is grown on a substrate(S100). The grown nano-wire template is immerged in a metal solution(S200). The metal ions of the metal solution are reduced to deposit metal on the nano-wire template(S300). The nano-wire template is dissolved by the pH of the metal solution which is reduced according to the reduction of the metal ions(S400). The nano-wire template is a metal oxide. The nano-wire is ZnO-based nano-wire.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a nanostructure is provided to enable integration to functional devices with synthesis by preparing nanostructures through the heating of a microheater. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a nanostructure comprises the steps of: heating a liquid precursor of a material to be grown by a micro heater contacting the liquid precursor; growing a nano structure of the material from the heated micro heater. Seed particles for growing the nano structure are included in the micro heater. The method is preformed in a container accommodating the liquid precursor.
