Abstract: PURPOSE: A power control and allocation method in a wireless mesh network is provided to control transmission power to transmit data to a gateway and the number of users who are connected to each AP(Access Point). CONSTITUTION: A first constraint condition is calculated from each link capacity and each user channel capacity of a wireless mesh network. A second constraint condition is calculates from the number of users who access each AP. Transmission power for each AP and the number of users of each AP are determined in order to optimize the necessary transmission power for configuring backhaul in the wireless mesh network based on the first and the second constraint conditions(S520,S530).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A point-to-point communication method based on an OFDMA is provided to minimize power consumption of a terminal by performing the point-to-point communication between a transmission terminal and a reception terminal. CONSTITUTION: A base station determines the position of a reception terminal by receiving communication request information from a transmission terminal(S10). A distance between the transmission terminal and the reception terminal are compared with the preset range. The point-to-point OFDMA information including a subcarrier hoping sequence for the point-to-point communication is transmitted to the transmission terminal and the reception terminal(S20). The point-to-point communication is performed according to the received OFDMA information(S30).

Abstract: A frame input method of an electronic paper display device implementing an efficient display at low electricity is provided to use the electricity efficiently by differently applying power in different color in previous frame. A controller authorizes voltage through a driver in a pair of transparent electrodes(S10). The controller maintains the frame(S20). The controller determines the new frame was inputted(S30). Abstract: A polymer substrate for flexible display having enhanced flexibility is provided to enhance an elastic limit by embedding a lattice type ultra elastic alloy structure or/and a ring type ultra elastic alloy structure on a polymer substrate for display. The lattice type ultra elastic alloy structure forms a lattice structure like mesh. The lattice type ultra elastic alloy structure forms a frame in an outer circumference. A shape of the frame is rectangular or square. A rectangular or square corner is round. The corner forms a closed loop of the ring type ultra elastic alloy structure.
