Abstract: An ultra high temperature fusion form scrapped material gas brazier is provided to restrict the occurrence of tar by creating high quality synthetic gas from scrapped material without auxiliary energy such as gas or oil. An ultra high temperature fusion form scrapped material gas brazier comprises a furnace(10) melting scrapped material sample; a sample injecting device(20) injecting scrapped material sample into a hopper(17) of the furnace; a gas vent(13) expelling synthetic gas discharged from the furnace; a slag vent hole expelling slag of the top layer; a slag vent port(30) blocking the entrance of cold air from outdoor through the slag vent hole; a metal vent port(11) expelling metal material collected in the lower part; a heating burner(14) raising the temperature inside of the furnace by combusting fuel; a steam injection port(15) improving quality of gas by supplying steam to the gas drawn out of the gas vent port; and an oxygen supply port(16) supplying oxygen in order to maintain the temperature inside the furnace.

Abstract: A plastic high-efficiency drying apparatus and a drying method using the same are provided to dry plastic filled into a storage container, quickly by transmitting heat of a heater through the inside of the storage container in order except for the low heat loss of the insulated storage container. In a plastic high-efficiency drying apparatus, a storage container(20) is connected to external air inlet pipes(21) and level gauges installed at both ends. The entire outer periphery of the storage container is covered with insulating material(24). An air feed pipe(10) comprises a heater(11) heating and supplying the external air; a first valve(13) installed at the back side of the heater; and a first control device(12) operating or stopping the heater, the first valve, and a fan(40) by setting the temperature of the air and having a safety device cutting off power of the heater by setting the limit temperature. A plastic supply pipe(60) is combined with one end of the storage container together with the air feed pipe and equipped with a second valve(61) closed or opened to inject plastic. A discharge pipe(70) is combined with the other end of the storage container, in order to discharge plastic by opening a screen valve(22) if plastic is dried. If the internal temperature of the storage container is over the temperature set in the first control device, temperature is kept at the predetermined level by controlling the flow of the fan. If over the predetermined temperature, the first valve is closed and the screen valve is opened in a second control device(23) installed on the other side of the storage container. Completely dried plastic is discharged to a storage tank through the discharge pipe by sucking the external air by opening regulating valves of the external air inlet pipes installed at each section of the storage container. A pressure/humidity gauge(30) senses the pressure and humidity of the plastic discharged from the storage container. The fan exhausts the internal air of the storage container. The discharge pipe discharges the dried plastic to the outer storage tank. A controller(50) is connected to the first and second control devices, plural external air inlet pipes, the pressure/humidity gauge, the heater, and the fan.
