Abstract: PURPOSE: A terminal-centered cyber-attack preventing method and a terminal device thereof are provided to analyze cyber-attacks by malicious codes such as a Botnet through a terminal-centered user behavioral pattern analysis, thereby blocking excessive traffic into a network. Abstract: PURPOSE: An equal bandwidth allocation based packet scheduling method and apparatus thereof are provided to effectively control the traffic congestion of a network by determining a scheduling time for each packet. CONSTITUTION: A packet scheduling apparatus calculates the predicted arrival time of a k+1 packet according to each flow(110). When the k+1 packet arrives, the packet scheduling apparatus compares the predicted arrival time of the k+1 packet with the actual arrival time of the k+1 packet(120).
