방송 신호 수신 방법에서, 방송 서비스에 대한 영상 데이터와, 상기 서비스의 타입이 2차원 방송 서비스인지 좌우 영상에 따른 3차원 방송 서비스인지를 나타내는 타입 정보를 포함하는 디스크립터를 가진 프로그램 맵 테이블(program map table, PMT)가 다중화된 스트림이 수신된다. 수신된 스트림으로부터 영상 데이터 및 PMT를 각각 역다중화하고, 역다중화된 PMT를 복호한다.

Provided are multicast services to a direct communication terminal not connected to a base station. Upon receiving a multicast packet from the base station, a forwarding terminal connected to the base station establishes a multicast connection with at least one direct communication terminal having a direct communication group identifier mapped to a multicast IP address of the multicast packet, and transmits the multicast packet to the at least one direct communication terminal.

스테레오스코픽 비디오를 구성하는 적어도 두 개의 시점의 데이터의 각각이 시간 차를 두고 수신된다. 영상 처리 장치의 저장부는, 상기 두 개의 시점의 데이터 중 제1 시점 비디오 데이터가 수신되면, 이를 이용하여 모노스코픽 비디오를 생성한다. 그리고, 상기 제1 시점 비디오 데이터를 저장하고, 추후 상기 제1 시점 비디오 데이터에 대응하는 제2 시점 비디오 데이터가 수신되는 경우, 상기 제1 시점 비디오 데이터 및 상기 제2 시점 비디오 데이터를 합성하여 스테레오스코픽 비디오를 생성하여 디스플레이 할 수 있다.
