    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are a solution which shows effects for permanently removing malodor and inhibiting the attachment of contaminants in shoe, garment, sheet, and so on, by oxidizing and dissolving the contaminants adsorbed to three-dimensional fiber structure.     Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for recovering high purity terephthalic acid from industrial waste in high yields, by a series of preparation method using waste polyethylene terephthalate(PET) as main material and alkali-reduced wastewater as a neutralizer. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) hydrolyzing waste polyethylene terephthalate(PET) with acid to form terephthalic acid; (ii) adding an alkali-reduced wastewater to the product obtained by the hydrolysis; and (iii) purifying a crude terephthalic acid obtained from the reactants. The acid is an inorganic acid selected from sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and nitric acid. The hydrolysis with acid is performed at 20-200 deg.C. The alkali-reduced wastewater is added so as to enable a pH of waste PET solution treated with acid to reach 3-5.
