본 발명은 콕시디움 억제 활성을 갖는 1-[4-(4-니트로-펜옥시)-페닐]-프로판-1-온(1434NJ0221)을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 본 발명의 1-[4-(4-니트로-펜옥시)-페닐]-프로판-1-온(1434NJ0221)은 콕시디움, 즉 톡소포자충의 증식에 뛰어난 억제 효과를 나타내므로 톡소포자충 및 콕시디움에 기인한 질환의 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A 1-[2-(4-nitro-phenyl)-benzooxazole-5-yl]-propane-1-one compound(1124JH0013) is provided to ensure excellent anti-coccidium effect. CONSTITUTION: A 1-[2-(4-nitro-phenyl)-benzooxazole-5-yl]-propane-1-one compound having anti-coccidium effect or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is denoted by structural formula A. A veterinary composition for preventing or treating diseases caused by coccidium contains the compound of formula A or the salt as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating diseases caused by coccidium contains the compound as an active ingredient. An animal feed additive contains the compound of formula A as an active ingredient.

A self-molding hair modifier is provided to style hair as desired after a hair-molding equipment is removed by providing self-molding property to the hair. The self-molding hair modifier comprises: a reduction composition including 1-25 wt.% of a reducing agent having a pH of 4-11, 0.01-10 wt.% of a sugar compound selected from the group consisting of arginine, carrageenan and a sugar derivative thereof having a functional group selected from the group consisting of monovalent or polyvalent hydroxy, aldehyde, carboxyl, ester and ketone, and 0.01-10 wt.% of a softener selected form the group consisting of an inorganic acid, an organic acid, an addition salt thereof, and mineral; a molding composition which includes 0.1-25 wt.% of a metallic element having a valence of 2 to bind to the sugar compound to induce molding; and an oxidizing composition including 0.1-25 wt.% of an oxidizing agent.

An oxidative composition comprising a nano metal catalyst for permanent wave is provided to enhance permanent wave formation rate of hair, inhibit hair damage by controlling reduction and oxidation speed of hair, and enhance hair health by increasing tension of hair. An oxidative composition for permanent wave comprises 0.001-5 wt.% of a nano transition metal catalyst having colloid phase with diameter of 1-100 nm and 0.0001-5 wt.% of a phosphoric acid co-catalyst, wherein the transition metal catalyst is zinc or cobalt and is prepared by (1) mixing a transition metal precursor with pure water, adding a reactive material into the mixture and dispersing it with agitation, (2) adding a reducing agent into the dispersion, cooling the solution to 25-30 deg.C and maturing it, and (3) adding an aqueous dispersant into the matured solution to stabilize it. The phosphoric acid is selected from the phosphoric acid and alkali metal salt of phosphoric acid such as sodium phosphate, potassium phosphate, sodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium hydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate or potassium dihydrogen phosphate.

A self-molding permanent agent having improved storage stability is provided to perform shaping to the desired hair without hair-shaping apparatus due to self-molding properties, and inhibit deterioration of the permanent agent by preventing phase separation through addition of locust bean gum as a stabilizer.
