    Abstract: PURPOSE: An electrode for secondary battery is provided to reduce the using amount of binder and improve the content of active material remarkably, by using mixing and spraying process, especially, phase transition method on the basis of solvent-nonsolvent interaction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrode for secondary battery comprises: a step of manufacturing mixed slurry(22) by melting, dispersing and mixing electrode material including active material and polymer binder by the solvent of polymer binder; a step of spraying the mixed slurry on the electrode current collector(21) in film form; a step of immersing the mixed slurry spread electrode current collector into non-solvent which not dissolving the polymer binder; a step of causing the composition change of the mixed slurry by the inter-exchange and the inter-diffusion of the solvent and the non-solvent; a step of phase transition which is the solidification of polymer including liquid-liquid phase separation; a step of drying the combined material of the electrode current collector and electrode layer formed from the mixed slurry in a drying furnace; and a step of manufacturing the electrode in which porous electrode layer is laminated on the electrode current collector, by rolling.
