Abstract: 본 발명은 액화천연가스(LNG) 차량의 연료 공급 장치에 관한 것으로서, 액화천연가스가 저장된 연료 탱크와; 상기 연료 탱크와 엔진 사이의 연료 공급 라인 상에 마련된 열교환기와; 엔진 구동시 상기 열교환기에 항상 연결되어 상기 연료 공급 라인에 있는 액화천연가스를 기화시키는 제1 열교환 라인과; 엔진 출력이 일정 이상일 때 상기 열교환기의 내부 온도를 상승시켜 상기 연료 탱크에서 상기 엔진으로 공급되는 연료압을 상승시키는 제2 열교환 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이에 의하여, 열교환기에 항상 연결되어 있는 제1 열교환 라인 이외에 엔진 출력이 일정 이상일 때 열교환기의 내부 온도를 상승시켜 엔진으로 공급되는 연료압을 상승시키는 제2 열교환 라인을 더 구성함으로써, 엔진의 출력이 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An independence fuel injection system of a CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) engine is provided to facilitate the installation of an injector module without changing a cylinder head by installing an injector spraying a fuel to each cylinder in an appointed area of an intake manifolder which is adjacent to a connection part between the intake manifolder and the cylinder head. CONSTITUTION: An independence fuel injection system of a CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) engine comprises a cylinder head(6), an intake manifolder(5), and an injection module. The cylinder head has an intake port(6a) of an engine which uses compressed natural gas as a fuel. The intake manifolder is connected to the cylinder head in order to supply outdoor air to the cylinder head. The injection module is installed at an appointed area of the intake manifolder adjacent to the cylinder head, and spraying the compressed natural gas fuel towards the intake port.
