이를 위해, 본 발명은 처음 차량 입고부터 마지막 차체 압축까지의 각 해체공정을 수행하기 위한 공정별 설비들을 다층 구조로 배치하여 설치하고, 수직방향 층별 차량이동은 차량 적재용 엘리베이터에 의해 진행되며, 각 층 내 공정별 이동은 컨베이어시스템에 의해 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐차 해체시스템을 제공한다.

Abstract: A system and method for disassembling a scrapped car are provided to reduce a disassembly time of parts of the scrapped car and reduce disassembly cost per car. A method for disassembling a scrapped car includes the steps of entering the scraped car into a disassembly workshop(S1), collecting liquefied materials form the scraped car(S1), removing explosive parts and recycle parts(S2), removing interior and exterior parts(S3), removing engine parts and exhaust system parts(S4), and compressing a vehicle body and crushing the vehicle body(S5). In step S1, when engine oil or transmission oil are frozen in wintertime, a pre-heater(16) preheats the oil. In step S2, the explosive parts such as an airbag explosive device is removed to prevent damage to an operator. In step S3, plastic materials such as trims, covers, seats, and so on, are separated from the vehicle body.
