Abstract: 본 발명은 다이캐스팅 금형 국부 가압장치에 관한 것으로, 금형(1)의 캐비티(2) 후육부(5)에 유압실린더(11)에 의해 전진하여 후육부(5) 내 용탕을 가압할 수 있도록 가압부재(10)가 설치되고, 상기 유압실린더(11)에 유압을 공급하는 유압전달라인에는 제어유니트(14)에 의해 작동제어되는 전자밸브(12)가 설치되되, 상기 제어유니트(14)는 상기 가압부재(10)에 내장되어 후육부(5) 용탕의 온도를 측정하는 열전대(13)로부터 측정된 온도가 설정온도와 같아지면 상기 전자밸브(12)를 on시켜 상기 유압실린더(11)를 작동시키도록 된 구조로 이루어진다.
따라서, 외부 조건과 상관없이 항상 일정한 용탕 응고 진행 시점에 후육부(5)를 적절히 가압해줄 수 있게 됨에 따라 후육부(5)에 균열 및 수축기포가 발생하는 것을 방지하여 제품의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.

Abstract: A curtain air bag structure for a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts by eliminating the necessity of a curtain air bag bracket for guiding the inflation of a curtain bag. A lamp member(20) including a separation portion(22) and a mounting portion formed on the separation portion is arranged in a head lining. The separation portion is pushed and separated by the inflation pressure of a curtain air bag(10). The mounting portion has a mounting hole. The air curtain bag arranged in the lamp member has a top where a fixing blade portion(11) is formed. The fixing blade portion has a mounting hole corresponding to the mounting hole of the mounting portion. A joint member(30) including a bolt, is assembled to an inner panel through the mounting hole of the mounting portion and the mounting hole of the fixing blade portion, to thereby fix the curtain air bag and the lamp member. The separation portion is formed into a break line(22a) which is torn by the inflation pressure generated during inflation of the curtain air bag.
