    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling-and-heating device for an electric vehicle is provided to use a heat exchanger core composed of a thermoelectric element so that cooling and heating for an electric vehicle is selectively performed. CONSTITUTION: A cooling-and-heating device for an electric vehicle comprises a blower unit(10), a temperature controlling unit(20), a heat pipe(40), and a cooling flow path(50). A blower forcedly ventilating inhaled air is installed inside of the blower unit. The temperature controlling unit is connected to the blower unit and receives the ventilated air, thereby discharging the cooled or heated air to each parts of the vehicle. The heat exchange core having the thermoelectric element is installed inside of the temperature controlling unit. A side of the heat pipe is contacted to a side of the thermoelectric element and a radiant pin is formed in the other side of the heat pipe. The cooling flow path accepts the radiant pin of the heat pipe and refrigerant fluid flows inside the cooling flow path.
