Abstract: PURPOSE: An auxiliary handle fixing unit for a headliner module of a vehicle is provided to include a simple structure and to be easily mounted on a connection hole of a body panel of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary handle fixing unit for a headliner module of a vehicle comprises a flat plate-shaped base (110) and a wedge-shaped hook (120). The base is assembled between a body panel of the vehicle and a headliner. The hook is integrally bent from the base and is connected to the connection hole of the body panel. The hook comprises two pairs of support arms (121), a pair of retaining arms (123), a retaining unit (124), a retaining protrusion (125), and an insertion guide (126). The two pairs of the support arms include a support unit (121a) and a flange (121b). A pair of the retaining arm is slopingly and downwardly bent in between the two pairs of the support arms in direction in which the retaining arm becomes far from the center of the flange. The retaining unit is slopingly and downwardly bent in the direction in which the retaining arms face each other in the lower part of the retaining arm. The retaining protrusion is downwardly bent in the lower part of the retaining unit and is hung on the circumference of the connection hole of the body panel. The insertion guide is extended to the retaining arm in upper and lower directions and is protruded to the outside.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sound absorbing material, a producing method thereof, and a utilization method thereof are provided to offer the superior water repellency of a reinforced water-repellent nonwoven fabric to the material. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a sound absorbing material comprises the following steps: mixing polyol, isocyanate, a catalyst, and an additive, and foaming the mixture to obtain a foamed polyurethane foam(100); aging the polyurethane foam for 1-3 days; slicing the aged polyurethane foam into 10-30T; and attaching a reinforced water-repellent nonwoven fabric(200) on at least one side of the polyurethane foam. The reinforced water-repellent nonwoven fabric is obtained by mixing regular PET with 5-20% of low melting point PET fibers for bonding into 60-70% of acrylic emulsion based chemical binder, and coating the surface of the obtained fabric using a silicon based water-repellent agent having medium viscosity.
