Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a moire phenomenon by stacking a transparent conductive film and conductive meshes between two transparent substrates, to obtain an electromagnetic shielding light-transmissible window material which has extremely excellent light transmissivity, electromagnetic wave shielding performance, and heat-ray (near infrared ray) cutting property, and to provide an electromagnetic wave shielding light- transmission window material which can easily be assembled and built in a housing and give uniform low-resistance conduction to the housing. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding light-transmission window material 1 is formed by joining and integrating a transparent substrate 2B with a transparent conductive film 4 and a transparent substrate 2A through conductive meshes 5. A conductive adhesive tape 7A is stuck from the edge part of the transparent conductive film 4 to the edge part of the top surface of the transparent substrate 2B through its end surface and the excess part of the conductive meshes 5 is folded back to the side of the transparent substrate 2B and anchored with a conductive adhesive tape 7B. The conductive meshes 5 are rough meshes which consist of metal fiber and/or metal-coated organic fiber of =75% aperture ratio.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a display panel itself a function for electromagnetic wave shielding, etc., by uniting an electromagnetic shield material with a PDP, to improve the productivity and lower the cost by making the display panel lightweight and thin and decreasing the number of components, and obtain a sharp image with high light transmissivity and high electromagnetic wave shielding performance by preventing a moire phenomenon when conductive composite meshes are used as the electromagnetic wave shielding material. SOLUTION: Conductive composite meshes 3 are adhered onto the front of a PDP main body 20 by using intermediate films 4B and 4C for adhesion and a transparent substrate 2 is adhered onto their front by using an intermediate film 4A for adhesion. The conductive composite meshes 3 are formed by mixedly weaving metal fiber and/or metal-coated fiber and transparent fiber of =75% aperture ratio.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a function such as electromagnetic wave shielding property to a display panel itself by using a compound mesh obtained by weaving metallic fiber and organic fiber as the electrical conductive mesh and to enhance the productivity of the display panel and to reduce the cost thereof by making the display panel lightweight and thin and reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: The display panel 1 is constituted so that the electrical conductive mesh 3 and heat ray cut film 5 are laminated between a transparent substrate 2 and a PDP main body 20, made to adhere and integrated by using intermediate films for adhesion 4A, 4B and 4C being adhesive agent. Then, the circumferential edge part of the mesh 3 projecting from the circumferential edge part of the substrate 2 is turned in along the circumferential edge of the substrate 2 and stuck to the substrate 2 by an electrical conductive adhesive tape 7. When the mesh 3 used as an electromagnetic shielding material is the electrical conductive compound mesh obtained by weaving the matallic fiber and/or the organic fiber covered with metal and the organic fiber, even the mesh using the thin fiber and having large numerical aperture can be woven without being loosened.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a function such as electromagnetic wave shielding property to a display panel itself by forming an electrically conductive layer obtained by etching an electrically conductive film on the adhesion surface side of a transparent substrate and to enhance the productivity of the display panel and to reduce the manufacturing cost thereof by making the display panel lightweight and thin and reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: The display panel 1 is constituted so that a hot-wire cut film 5 is laminated between the transparent substrate 2 on which the pattern-etched metallic film 3 is formed and a PDP main body 20, made to adhere and integrated on the adhesion surface side by using intermediate films for adhesion 4A and 4B being adhesive agent. Since the electrically conductive film 3 can be etched to form a desired pattern by this pattern etching, the degree of the freedom of a wire diameter, a gap and a mesh shape is particularly enhanced in comparison with an electrically conductive mesh. Thus, excellent electromagnetic wave shielding performance is realized by the pattern-etched electrically conductive film 3 whose electromagnetic wave shielding property and light transmissivity are excellent and which is formed so that a moire phenomenon is not caused.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly transparent light-transmitting window material which is satisfactory in electromagnetic wave shielding and heat ray cutting properties by providing an intermediate film with a multilayered film where an oxide transparent conductive film and a thin metal film are laminated alternately. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding and heat ray cutting light- transmitting window material 1 has an intermediate film 3 comprising a multilayered film, where an oxide transparent conductive film and a thin metal film are laminated alternately on a base film. The electromagnetic wave shielding and heat ray cutting light-transmitting window material 1 is produced by sandwiching the intermediate film 3 between two transparent conductive substrates 2A, 2B and integrating them through resin films 4A, 4B for adhesion. The transparent conductive substrates 2A, 2B do not necessarily be made of the same material. The electromagnetic wave shielding and heat ray cutting light-transmitting window material 1 is provided to the circumferential fringe of the rear transparent 2B, with an acryl resin based black frame painting 6 and provided, on the surface of the front transparent substrates 2A, with an antireflection film 5.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure uniform and low resistance conduction to housing, while facilitating assembly of a window material and fixing thereof to the housing by pasting a cross-linking conductive adhesive tape from the edge of a transparent conductive film through the end face of a first transparent substrate to the edge on the surface thereof. SOLUTION: Two transparent substrates 2A, 2B sandwiching a transparent conductive film 3 are bonded integrally through resin films 4A, 4B for adhesion. A cross-linking conductive adhesive tape A is pasted from the edge of four sides of the transparent resin film 3 through the end of the transparent substrate 2B to the edge on the surface thereof. Furthermore, a cross-linking conductive adhesive tape B is pasted entirely to the end face of the laminate of transparent substrates 2A, 2B and transparent conductive film 3, while extending around the corner edge on the surface and rear of the laminate to the fringe parts on the surface of both the transparent substrates 2A, 2B.

SOLUTION: An ethylene-vinyl acetate type copolymer comprises one or more selected from the group consisting of (A) an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with a vinyl acetate content of 20-80 wt.%, (B) a copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate and an acrylic and/or methacrylic monomer with a vinyl acetate content of 20-80 wt.% and an acrylic and/or methacrylic monomer content of 0.01-10 wt.% and (C) a copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate and a maleic acid and/or maleic anhydride with a vinyl acetate content of 20-80 wt.% and a maleic acid and/or maleic anhydride content of 0.01-10 wt.%.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure resistant to staining and to make it possible to easily remove stains by solvent washing by forming photocatalyst films directly or via underlying films on one or both surfaces of a sheet base material. SOLUTION: The sheet for overhead projection(OHP) is constituted by forming the photocatalyst films 13 via the underlying films 12 on both surfaces of the base material 11. The photocatalyst film 13 may be formed only on one surface of the base material 11 according to need. The base material 11 is preferably a transparent plastic film, for which films consisting of, for example, polyester, acrylic resins, cellulose resins, polycarbonate, etc., are usable. The underlying films 12 are preferably transparent metal oxides, nitrides, borides, carbides, etc., which are hardly deteriorated by light, in addition to transparent oxides, such as SiO2 , SnO2 , Al2 O3 , ITO, not having a photocatalyst ability. Further, the photocatalyst films 13 are formed of the metal oxides of titanium, zinc, tungsten, iron, etc., having photocatalyst activity.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To produce a rubber composite material excellent in adhesion between a base material and a rubber layer by forming a CoOx thin film on the surface of the base material by sputtering a Co target under a specified condition, forming a rubber composition and vulcanizing the composition. CONSTITUTION: At the time of supplying power to the target by using a DC power source in the presence of an inert gas (argon, etc.), containing a gas (oxygen, ozone, etc.) having an oxygen molecule by using Co as a target, the sputtering is executed by using the power more than a displacement point at which a voltage between the target and the base material is risen rapidly to form the CoOx thin film. At this time, a mixing ratio of the inert gas and the oxygen is kept in an order of inert gas: O2 =(100:0.1) to (100:100) and a thickness of the CoOx thin film is kept in the order of 10Å-100μm. Then, the rubber composition is formed on this thin film and vulcanized to produce the rubber composite material. In this way, the rubber composite material in which the base material and the rubber layer are jointed in tight adhesion is obtained.
