Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a non-eccentric type optical information medium having information recording grooves free of eccentricity by detecting the center of concentric or spiral tracks provided on a medium substrate and adjusting mutual positions of the medium substrate and an intermediate member to conform the center to the center of the center hole of the intermediate member. CONSTITUTION:When the center of the outer guide groove 27 of a disk 1 is not in conformity with the center of rotation of center top 29, if tracking of the outer guide groove 27 is made by an optical head 35, an error signal is generated. When this error signal is fed back to an actuator 31 through a coil 33, the actuator moves the disk 1 slightly in the direction of the arrow mark A. That is, the disk 1 slides on the center top 29 in the direction A. When the disk 1 is moved by driving of the actuator 31 until the center of the outer guide groove 27 coincides with the center of rotation of the center top 29, the optical head 35 makes tracking of the outer guide groove 27 regularly, and accordingly, driving of the actuator 31 is stopped. Thus, a non-eccentric type optical information medium having information recording grooves free from eccentricity can be obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To record and reproduce efficiently information even in case when the disk of the different kind has been used, by providing a redundancy varying means for varying a redundancy of an error correcting circuit of a disk device in accordance with the kind of the disk. CONSTITUTION:In case when a disk 14 contained in a disk cartridge 15 is a photoelectro-magnetic disk, light shielding plates 18a, 18b are not installed to the cartridge 15, photointerrupters 17a, 17b become on and control signals 12, 13 are both L, and in case of an optical disk, only the light shielding plate 18a is installed, the signal 12 and the signal 13 become H and L, respectively, and in case of a disk of a ROM type, the light shielding plates 18a, 18b are provided, and the signals 12, 13 are made H. On the other hand, in case of a disk whose raw error rate is good, a switch 54 is switched to a side (b), a data is inputted to a modulator 56 and an encoder 52, and subsequently, switching to (d), and the data and an error correcting code are inputted repeatedly to the modulator 56, and stored. In case of reproduction, a signal which has been demodulated by a demodulator 58 is brought to error correction in an error correcting circuit 59 by switching a switch 61 to a side (f) by the control signals 12, 13.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make easy the disposal of jammed paper, and to prevent jammed paper from being left over as it is so as to enable jamming to be displayed even when a conveyor routing device is removed by installing the conveyor routing device removably to the picture forming device. CONSTITUTION:This conveyor routing device 4 in a copying machine is constructed as one unit which has the function of conveying, copying, and separating from a photographic sensing unit in regard to copying paper which is forwarded from a feeding device 3 one after another, and as one unit which consists of guide plates 21 through 24, register rollers 25 and 26, a corona discharger 29, a conveying belt 35 to forward a sheet of copying paper which has been copied, to a fixing device 5. This conveyor routing device is designed so that it can be drawn out toward the front of the copying machine 1 alolng guide rails 38 and 39. And this device is electrically linked with the copying machine 1 through flexible printed boards. This confirulation enables the existence of jammed paper to be displayed on the indicator of the copying machine 1 even when the conveyor routing device is drawn out.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To use a support spring as a pressure fixation spring and for upper structure unit elevation in common by supporting an upper roller on an upper structure unit and a lower roller on a lower structure unit. CONSTITUTION:A pressure fixing device is arranged at the root side of the relative opening oscillation of upper and lower units 7 and 8 and has upper and lower rollers 12 and 13. The roller 12 is supported at both axial end parts on the unit 7 through bearing mechanisms, and the roller 13 is supported on a lower roller side plate 15 similarly. The plate 15 is supported pivotally on the frame of the unit 7 at one terminal by a support shaft 16 and also supported at the other terminal on a pressure spring 14 which generates upward spring force through a spring pressure support shaft 17. The spring 14 is used not only as the pressure spring for supplying the contacting pressure of the couple of rollers of the pressure fixing device, but also as a support spring for the unit 7 when the unit 7 is oscillated and opened upward.

CONSTITUTION:A display surface 21 of a liquid crystal cell appearing a picture is opposed directly to an original placing part 4, this picture surface is irradiated by a light source 7, and reflected light from the picture surface is irradiated to a photosensitive body 9 through an optical system 8, by which an electrostatic latent image is formed. In this case, the maximum contrast is obtained in a position deviated to the right of an axis 10 vertical to the display surface 21, therefore, the reflected light in this direction is caught by a lens system 8. As a result, a distinct hard copy having a large contrast ratio can be obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an image processing device which is small-sized and can vary electrically the quantity of transmitted light, by providing an image information reading means, a color separating processing means which separates image information to colors, and an image forming means which forms an imame from separated information. CONSTITUTION:A color separating filter 34 consists of liquid crystals 31a-31c, transparent electrodes 30, molecules 32a-32c of dye, and a polarizing plate 29, and liquid crystals in parts of transparent electrodes to which a voltage is impressed permit the light to transmit through, but the light is absorbed by dye in parts to which the voltage is not impressed. When a prescribed dye is used and the voltage is controlled, a blue-cut, green-cut, or red-cut filter is realized. If this color separating filter 34 is used in a color copying machine, the machine can be made small-sized, and information on an original is reproduced faithfully by controlling the quantity of transmitted light, and further, information on the original can be masked.

When the display picture formed on the liquid crystal part L should be synthesized with the picture of another original and be recorded, a synthesized copy command is inputted from a data input means 3. Then, an exposure system 5 of a copying machine 1 executes a scan process of B scan to output a synthesized hard copy. When only the original should be copied, an A scan process is selected and executed.

While the copying, the information to be copied next is displayed on the display screen of the liquid-crystal display device 8, its contents are corrected and confirmed similarly, and the display contents of the display device 8 are transferred to the display device 7 after the last copying is closed. In such a repeated way, the need to open and close the cover type display device 8 every time data on the display screen are corrected, confirmed, and copied is made unnecessary, and the information to be copied next is corrected and confirmed on the display device 8 while the display contents of the display device 7 are copied.
