Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network print service that utilizes a public phone booth for a print station so as to boost earnings by way of prints. SOLUTION: A large-sized ink jet printer is placed in a public phone box. However, this causes invasion of privacy of a person making a print or theft at night or the like, then the transparency of glass windows is shut off during print, the inside and outside of the phone booth are always supervised at all times so as to protect the system from various losses, damages and abnormities. Since a long time print may disturb outdoor morality, the transparency is revised at an interval of a prescribed time to ensure the internal transparency and to improve the public peace. Furthermore, the user can ensure the security and the confidentiality of a printed matter by using a password or the like while getting out of the booth during print.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer image data storing information on the accident to an external safe place, and to implement a low cost adoptable for a popular car. SOLUTION: When a driver 1 drives an automobile 2 and a cellular phone 3 is set in a connection box 5, an operational control portion 10 instructs a CCD camera 4 to sequentially take picture image of outer circumstances, so that the picture image data are transmitted and stored in a data storage portion 11 of the connection box 5. In case of an accident during driving the automobile 2, the operational control portion 10 detects the operation of an impact sensor 6, the cellular phone 3 set in the connection box 5 calls for a data recording center 7 and transmits all of the picture image data stored in the data storage portion 11. The operational control portion 10 makes the cellular phone 3 notify the police 9 of the accident after a predetermined time has passed, while the cellular phone 3 is set in the connection box 5 although the lock of the connection box 5 is released.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eject a markedly small ink drop and to improve the arrival accuracy of the ink drop. SOLUTION: An epoxy photosensitive resin is applied on a metallic substrate 9 by spin-coating and is prebaked to form a first layer 10. An epoxy positive type photosensitive resin is applied on the first layer 10 to form a second layer 11. The exposing by ultraviolet rays is applied thereto by using a mask 22 that allows an exposing light to pass through only a region in a diameter of an ejection nozzle 3. The exposing by ultraviolet rays is further applied thereto by using a gradation mask 23 having a gradation section 25 wherein the permeability to the exposing light is gradually varied. After the exposed section is removed by a conventional method, an orifice plate 1 in this condition is subjected to a curing treatment. Finally, the metallic substrate 9 is dissolved by dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid or mixture of each with organic acid to form an orifice plate 1 having the ejection nozzle 3 in which a straight line section 12 and a curve section 14 are formed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which improves the life and ink delivery characteristics of an ink jet recording head by using a detergent in an effective amount for cleaning the recording head. SOLUTION: A compound having oxidizing power is preferable as the detergent. Examples of such compounds are hydrogen peroxide, sodium percarbonate, sodium carbonate peroxyhydrate, sodium perborate, sodium peroxide, sodium periodate, sodium hypochlorite, sodium perchlorate, sodium persulfate, and peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide being the most favorable. The content of the detergent is preferably 0.05-40 wt.%. Normally, the detergent is compounded into water to prepare the composition. The use of deionized water is preferable. A water-soluble organic solvent may be compounded into the composition. The composition is especially effective for cleaning a head which delivers ink drops by the action of heat energy.

The ultraviolet curing type adhesive emitted on the medium utilizing an ultraviolet irradiation reactor 6 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays. The image is formed on the medium by having the ultraviolet curing type adhesive cure.
