    Abstract: Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv pentru amestecarea unor lichide, din care cel putin unul este vîscos, constînd dintr-un recipient tubular cu o duza de pulverizare pentru introducerea unuia din lichide, de preferinta a celui vîscos, care se afla la partea superioara a recipientului cu o duza sau mai multe duze pentru introducerea celuilalt lichid sau a celorlalte lichide. în partea de sus, recipientul tubular este închis sau poate fi închis, iar spre partea inferioara este prevazut cu o deschidere de scurgere. Duza sau, de preferinta duzele cu jet continuu pentru celalalt lichid sau pentru celalalte lichide sunt amplasate imediat deasupra zonei de îngustare a recipientului si constau dintr-unul, respectiv din mai multe organe de pulverizare amplasate tangential pe un rînd sau mai multe rînduri, care sunt orientate putin în sus în directia închiderii superioare, respectiv în directia închiderii superioare, respectiv în directia duzei care se afla în partea superioara. Deschiderea de scurgere a dispozitivului se racordeaza, eventual, la un alt recipient, care este prevazut cu mijloace, în sine cunoscute, pentru producerea vidului sau a suprapresiunii.

    Abstract: Finely divided suspensions of cyanuric chloride in organic solvents which are practically water free are prepared at high mixing velocities and low temperatures by introducing liquid cyanuric chloride through a nozzle in the upper portion of the mixing apparatus in countercurrent flow to upwardly flowing solvent introduced from at least one lower nozzle above a breast shaped constriction in the lower open portion of the apparatus. In this way the chamber walls are always covered with an unbroken layer of liquid. The process can be carried out at normal, reduced or elevated pressure. At reduced pressure by evaporation of the solvent there is simultaneously a cooling of the system.

    Abstract: The present invention provides for the production of optionally substituted 2-mercapto-4,6-dichloro-s-triazines by means of the conventional reaction of cyanuric chloride with mercaptans or mercaptides in the presence of an acid-binding agent but in such a manner that high mixing rates and thus high reaction rates can be used and that large throughputs can be attained in small tubular vessels when liquid cyanuric chloride is injected through a nozzle, which is installed in the upper end of a mixing device, in a countercurrent to the reactant (+ the acid-binding agent) rising upwards from a nozzle or nozzles. The nozzle or nozzles for the reactants are installed above a breastlike taper in the lower open end of the device. The process can be carried out at standard pressure, excess pressure or at negative gauge pressure.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a process for producing very fine suspensions of cyanuric chloride in organic solvents, which are substantially free from water, at high mixing rates and low reaction temperatures by feeding liquid cyanuric chloride through a nozzle disposed in the upper end of a mixing device in a countercurrent to the solvent rising from below through a nozzle or nozzles and introduced at a point above a breast-like taper in the lower open end of the device. The chamber walls thus are always covered by an uninterrupted liquid layer. The process can be carried out at standard pressure and at excess or negative gauge pressure. At negative gauge pressure the solvent evaporates and the system is simultaneously cooled.
