PURPOSE: To prevent the peeling of plating layers from substrates by passing a washing water supplying pipe through the inside of a plating liquid and maintaining the temp. of the washing water at the same temp. as the temp. of the plating liquid at the time of washing the plated substrates by an electroforming treatment. CONSTITUTION: A storage tank 25 for the plating liquid is placed in the lower part of a plating treatment vessel 2 of an electroforming device and the plating treatment is executed by supplying the plating liquid regulated to the regulated plating temp. by the plating liquid supplying pipe 26 having a pump P' to the plating treatment vessel from the storage tank 25. The plating liquid overflowing from the plating treatment vessel 2 is returned to the plating storage tank by a drain pipe 27. The plated parts are taken out of the plating treatment vessel and the plating liquid sticking to the surfaces are washed by blowing the washing water from a nozzle 4. The washing liquid is taken out by a pipe 3 from a supplying source 5. The pipe 3 is passed through the inside of the plating liquid storage tank 25 and the plating treatment vessel 2 and the washing water is heated to the temp. approximate to the temp. of the plating liquid and, therefore, the peeling of the plating layers from the substrates by a difference in thermal expansion based on the temp. difference between the plated substrates and the plating layers is prevented.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape-memory rubber molding developing high shape-memory property, high in flexibility of setting the canceling of the retaining deformed body, and easily producible. SOLUTION: The shape-memory rubber molding 1 is formed from a kneaded mixture comprising a rubber and a crystalline non-polymer compound. The rubber contained in the molding obtained from the kneaded mixture has been crosslinked. The shape-memory rubber molding 1 retains a deformed state by the crystallization of the non-polymer compound, and is released from the retained deformed state by melting the non-polymer compound. The non-polymer compound is preferably a wax. The shape-memory rubber molding 1 preferably contains a crosslinking agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in the method of manufacturing a composite molding formed by overlaying the inner surface of the main body of a molding having an opening in the upper part with a resin layer, a method that prevents the thickness in the vicinity of the circumferential edge part of the bottom of the resin layer from becoming thin. SOLUTION: Provided is the manufacturing method of the composite molding 10 that is formed by laminating the inner surface 111 of the molding main body 11 having the opening 112 in the upper part with the resin layer 12. The molding main body 11 is held in the cavity 21 of the molding die 2, the softened resin sheet 120 is pushed with the plug 6 controlled to a predetermined temperature that is lower than that of the resin sheet 120 to introduce it to the inner surface 111 side of the molding main body 11, and the inner surface 111 of the molding main body 11 is laminated with the resin layer 12. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight pulp molded form excellent in moldability and thermal insulation, having high mechanical strength and excellent in disposability as well. SOLUTION: The pulp molded form has the following structure: the thickness is changed from a thin-walled portion 23 via stacking level differences 22 to a thick-walled portion 24, and the density at the proximity 23a of the level differences 22 at the thin-walled portion 23 is higher than the density at the other portions of the proximity 23a at the thin-walled portion 23 and not lower than the density at the thick-walled portion 24. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flanged molded product by which the molded product can be produced without causing a wrinkle, a buckling, a breakage of a pulp fiber, etc., in a step of rounding processing of the flange part. SOLUTION: This method for producing the flanged molded product comprises a step of molding the molded product having an opening and performing the rounding processing to the peripheral wall forming the flange part in the outward direction to form the flange part. The method is characterized by comprising coating the inner surface of the molded product with a resin layer to make a multilayer molded product, impregnating the part to be subjected to the rounding processing in the molded part of the peripheral wall with a liquid and then performing the rounding processing while heating or after heating the part to be subjected to the rounding processing.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for making a hollow pulp molded article, which enables the smooth delivery of the molded article by the purge and negative pressure suction of compressed air, easily corresponds to the change in the design of the molded article, and can readily be maintained. SOLUTION: This mold for making the hollow pulp molded article, which comprises a back plate 2 fixed to a platen and a paper-making member 3 attached to the back plate 2 and is one of a pair of molds that are used in the form of one pair of the molds, wherein flow routes 4 through which the back plate 2 and the paper-making member communicate with each other are formed. The paper-making member 3 comprises a main mold body 30 having a main dent-like paper-making portion 30a corresponding to the hollow molded article to be molded and an outer peripheral portion 30b outward extended from the peripheral portion of the paper-making portion 30a, a paper-making net 31 mounted on the main molded body 30 to cover the paper-making portion 30a, and a fixing member 32 for fixing the paper- making net 31 to the main mold body 30. Grid-like water-draining grooves 5 are disposed at places not communicating with the water-draining grooves 5 of the corresponding other paper-making mold in a state engaged with the other paper-making mold on the surface of the paper-making portion 30a. The one opening ends of the flow routes 4 are disposed at sites corresponding to the bottom of the hollow molded article in the water-draining grooves 5.
