    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make refrigerating fluid difficult to be sucked without increasing consumption of power even when the fluid forms a pool by connecting a bottom face of an oil storage section of a compressor with a low pressure section of a refrigerating circuit by means of a series circuit consisting of an open/close valve and a special throttling device. SOLUTION: A refrigerating circuit is constituted by annularly connecting a condenser 22, a throttling device 23 and an evaporator 24 to a compressor 21 in this order. A bottom face of an oil storage section of the compressor 21 and part of a low pressure portion of a refrigerating circuit (low pressure part of the compressor 21) are connected to each other through a series circuit consisting of an open/close valve 25 and a special throttling device 26 other than the throttling device 23. The open/close valve 25 is opened under conditions wherein refrigerating fluid forms a pool on the bottom face of the oil storage section of the compressor 21 so that the refrigerant pooled on the bottom face of the oil storage section within a shell of the compressor 21 is drained to a low pressure side. An undesired phenomenon of sucking the refrigerant fluid through an oil supply pipe is prevented from occurring.

CONSTITUTION: This device is composed of commodity temperature sensors 21A and 21B for detecting commodity temperatures, reference commodity temperature storage means 27A, 27B, 27C and 27D for storing the reference temperature of commodities, aperture control means 26 for changing the aperture of motor-driven expansion valves 24A and 24B corresponding to the difference between the commodity temperature and the reference value stored in the reference commodity temperature storage means, and cooling control means 28 for controlling the operation of a compressor 6.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a gas/liquid separation efficiency by constructing the gas/liquid separator by accomodating a honeycomb member in a cylindrical container body into which has is introduced so as to flow axially, and disposing the separator in a machine chamber of a refrigerator and cooling the same with a compressor cooling fan. CONSTITUTION:A gas/liquid separator 9 is open in the direction of a gas stream in a cylindrical container body 10, and includes a honeycomb member 11 which has a gas outflow circular hole 11a at the center thereof and a conical section surface 11b at the bottom thereof. The container body 10 includes an inlet pipe 12 at one end surface thereof for introduction of gas from a condenser, and a gas flow outlet pipe 13 coupled with the gas flow outlet circular hole 11a in the honeycomb member 11, and further including at the other end surface a fluid flow outlet pipe 14. The gas/liquid separator 9 is mounted on the most downstream side at a place the farthest from a compressor cooling fan in a machine chamber of a refrigerator, in which gas contacts with the honeycomb member 11 and is divided and rectified, and if further cooled and condensed with cooling air in the state thereof where the contact area between gas and liquid is increased for effectual gas/liquid separator.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To bring refrigerant gas in a vapor-liquid mixed state near a theoretically equilibrium state of mixed refrigerant, separate a gas component which is rich in a low boiling point component from a liquid component which is rich in a high boiling point component and enable this separator to be installed to a corner of an inner wall of an outer box of a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:An air separator 9 is provided with a triangular prism-shaped vessel main body 10 where there is installed a honeycomb material 11 which is bored along the direction of gas flow in the upper half of the vessel, an inlet pipe 12 installed to the upper par of the vessel main body, a gas out-flow outlet pipe 13 installed to the upper part of the vessel main body opposed to the inlet pipe and a liquid outflow outlet pipe 14 installed to the lower part of the vessel main body. The separator 9 is placed into contact with a corner of an inner wall of an outer box of a refrigerator 15 and fixed thereto. Therefore, this construction makes it possible to separate a gas component which is rich in a low boiling point component from a liquid component which is rich in a high boiling point component and install the separator to the corner of the inner wall of the refrigerator with ease.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce a temperature in a cold store from a normal temperature in a short period of time and permit the miniaturization of a storage battery by a method wherein all of a plurality of ventilating fans are operated when the temperature in the cold store is higher than a predetermined temperature while at least one set of the fan is stopped when the temperature in the cold store is lower than the predetermined temperature. CONSTITUTION:A cold heat accumulating chamber 27 is constituted of cold heat accumulating agent 28, having a solidifying point lower than a set store inside temperature, and a cooler 29 solidifying the cold heat accumulating agent 28. A cold store 33 constituting a cold reserving chamber main body 23, is provided with a temperature detecting means 55 detecting the inside temperature of the cold store 33, a plurality of ventilating fans 30 operated upon controlling a temperature in the cold store 33 only, and a ventilating fan controlling means 47 controlling the operation of the ventilating fans 30. When the inside temperature of the cold store 33 is higher than a predetermined temperature upon starting the operation of the ventilating fans 30, all of the ventilating fans 30 are operated by the ventilating fan control means 47 while at least one set of the ventilating fan is stopped when the inside temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature upon starting the operation of the ventilating fans 30. Thus, the inside temperature can be reduced in a short period of time and the electric power source of the ventilating fan can be a small-sized one.

CONSTITUTION:The body 1 of an insulated plant is comprised of a cabinet 2 having thermal insulation material installed therein, a door 3, a gasket 4 for sealing the cabinet 4 and the door 3, and an insulated chamber 5. It further includes a cold air feeding chamber 9, a cold reserving fan 10, a machine chamber 12 disposed at a lower part of the body 1 of the insulated plant and removably supported, a thermal insulating material 13 stored in the machine chamber 12 a soft foam 14 disposed between the machine chamber 12 and the thermal insulating member 13, a freezer device 15 having the thermal insulating member 13 partitioned by a thermal insulating wall, a cold storage chamber 19 and a cold storage agent 21 installed within the cold storage chamber 19. With such an arrangement, an effective utilization of an installing space in a base can be attained and then assurance of quality of transported items can be realized by keeping their temperature.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a cold heat accumulating type cold storage chamber, high in economical property and capable of using as not only a transprotation apparatus but also a cold storage chamber, by a method wherein the amount of cold air, sent into a cold storage chamber, is controlled during not only transprotation but also cold heat accumulating operation to permit refrigerating cold storage as well as freezing cold storage. CONSTITUTION:A cold storage fan 10 and a cold storage chamber temperature detector 11. are connected to a battery 23 while a compressor 15 is connected to a commercial power supply. The compressor 15 is operated at a base to effect the cold heat accumulating operation of cold heat accumulating agent 19 and when the cold heat accumulating agent 19 is cooled and solidified, a cold heat accumulating agent temperature detector 20 repeats the stopping and operating of the compressor to control the temperature of the cold heat accumulating agent 19 in a given temperature range. On the other hand, when the cold heat accumulating operation of the cold heat accumulating agent 19 is started, a cold storage chamber temperature detector 11 in a cold storage chamber 5 operates the cold storage fan 10 to introduce cooling air into the cold storage chamber 5 and the amount of cold air of the cold storage fan 10 is controlled so as to obtain a set temperature. Upon cold storage transportation, the cold storage fan 10 is operated by the operation of the cold storage chamber temperature detector 11 while the cold storage chamber 5 is cooled by the latent heat of melting of the cold heat accumulating agent 20.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a refrigerator having an electrical charger troubled from being used and further prevent deterioration in quantity of a transported item by a method wherein the trouble of the electrical charger is detected and informed. CONSTITUTION:A timer means 53 transmits a signal to a informing output means 54 after an optional time from a turning-ON of a commercial power supply in response to a power supply input discrimination means 43. Informing output means 54 informs that an electrical charger 45 is troubled when a signal is sent from the timer means 53 and when a completed electrical charging sensor means 48 is not turned ON. Although an electrical charging time of a rechargeable battery cell 46 of the electrical charger 45 is varied in response to an electrical discharging state, a signal output time of the timer means 53 is set to a longer time at a complete electrical discharging of the worst condition as the electrical charging time, for example, 20 hours, it becomes sufficient as the electrical charging judging time. In the case that the charging completion sensing means 48 is not turned ON when the timer means 53 is turned ON, it can be judged that the electrical charger 45 is in its troubled state and the trouble of the electrical charger 45 is advised to a person in charge of transportation with an informing output means 54 and then a troubled insulated box is prevented from being used.
