CONSTITUTION:A water supply tank 7, a pump 6, an icemaking tray 2 and tubes for coupling them are fixed to a frame 8 in a cold storage chamber. The tank 7 is removable from the frame 8. The tank 7 has a tank body 13 and a cover 14. The cover 14 is removable from the body 13. The tank 7 is brought into contact with a pressing member 36 for always pressing it forward.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To permit sliding of a rack and a frame smoothly by a method wherein an upper roller is arranged so as to be abutted against the surface of this side of a sliding groove and a lower roller is arranged below the upper roller so as to be abutted against the surface of the other side of the sliding groove. CONSTITUTION:An upper roller 3a, a lower roller 3b and a spur gear 6 are arranged on a left frame 2a and a right frame 2b respectively so that the upper roller 3a, the lower roller 3b and the spur gear 5 are positioned on the same line substantially, the upper roller 3a is abutted against the surface of this side of a sliding groove 14a, the lower roller 3b is abutted against the surface of the other side of the sliding groove 14a and the spur gear is meshed with the rack 16b. On the other hand, a frame 2 is configured so as to cover the spur gear 5, a driving gear 8 and a rolling gear 9 from the inside of the refrigerator. According to this method, the inclination of the rack 1 in horizontal direction may be prevented, the movement of the rack 1 is permitted with comparatively small force and a rack device, never hindering the reception of food into the lower part of the refrigerator, may be obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve strength and to reduce the fluctuation of a door by providing at least three guide sides to be slidably mounted on a stationary rail and an upper stationary rail opposite to the previous rail provided on a protrusion wall at one door and a wall on the opposite side. CONSTITUTION:A door 6 is clamped with screws at a lower position than the upper end of a protrusion wall 14 at the lower of a rear face with a metallic frame 43 extending inward of a storage chamber, and formed with upper and lower flanges 43a, 43b formed substantially in shape outward. A stationary rail 44 extending inward is mounted on the sidewall 8b of an inner box 8 opposite to the wall 14, and formed with flanges 44a, 44b of substantially U-shaped section inward. The flange 43b of the frame 43 is slid on the flange 44b of the rail 44, and the flange 43b becomes a guide piece at the time of drawing the door 6. A stationary rail 45 also extend inward above the sidewall 8b, and is formed with substantially U-shaped section. The door 6 to which a heavy weight is applied is supported at three points of the rails 44, 45 thereby scarcely generating fluctuation.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the deformation of a vertical partition wall and to prevent a roller from dropping from a rail by engaging the rail provided on a vertical partition wall, the bottom of an inner box, and a rail provided on the side face of the box with an reinforcing iron plate integral therewith. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing iron plate 25 is engaged with a U-shaped first rail 11 formed on the left side face 12 of a vertical partition wall 6 extending upward from the bottom 7 of an inner box 3, and a second rail 13 formed on the side face 14 of the box 3 opposite to the rail 11 from a heat insulator 4 side. The bottom 7 of the box 3 is isolated from the bottom 26 of the plate 25, and holes 27 are formed at the bottom 26. A mounting hole 28 for mounting a first roller 15 is integrally formed at the front of the plate 25. The plate 25 is inserted from the rear face of the box 3 with the rails 11, 13 as guides. Accordingly, even if a force is applied to a drawer door in the state that the door is drawn in a gravity direction, the partition wall is supported from its root, the wall is not deformed, and a second roller is not dropped from a substantially U-shaped rail.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To widen the freedom to select a design of the door and to prevent a temperature conduction of warm air from a door frame reinforcing plate and a door rear plate reinforcing plate, by bending the vertical side of a door front plate so that the end surface is opened, inserting a cover in the horizontal side and inserting a door frame from the upper part into the vertical side of the door front plate and the cover. CONSTITUTION:The appearance of a door 15 is formed by a door cover 18 for covering a bending type door front plate 16 of a highly vivid painted steel plate and an end surface 17 of a horizontal plane part of the door front plate. The end part of the vertical side of the door front plate 16 is bent to form an 'S' shape, and thus a vertical S-shaped part 19 of the door front plate is formed. A door frame 20 is formed by extrusion molding of a vinyl chloride resin or the like. V-cuts are formed in four positions and a frame body is formed by bending four sides. The S shaped part 19 of the vertical side formed in the door front plate in a door grove 21 provided in the door frame 20. Furthermore, in the horizontal side a rib A22 of the door cover provided in the door cover 18 is inserted into the door groove 21 provided in the door frame 20. Further, in the door frame 20 and the door cover 18, a rib B23 the door cover provided in the door cover 18 is fixed by a claw 24 provided in the door frame 20.
