PURPOSE:To provide the contact lense with picture which is simple in process and low in production cost, can be colored to a high density without degrading the mechanical strength, does not stimulate the cornea and rear eyelid and makes it possible to completely flush away stain without stagnating the stain at the time of washing, and to provide its production method. CONSTITUTION:A transfer material 1 provided with a transfer layer 4 consisting of an image layer in one-layer constitution on a base body sheet 2 is placed along the shape of a female mold 5 having a tray-shaped inside wall and thereafter, a contact lens material 7 is injected onto the transfer material 1. While the contact lens material 7 is polymerized by adding a catalyst 8 thereto, the male mold 5 is rotated around its axial center, thereby, the contact lens 7 is thinly elongated and molded. This base body sheet 2 is peeled to form a recessed part 13 on the contact lens 9. This recessed part is internally provided with the transfer layer 4 having the surface so as to be made flush with the lens surface. The contact lens with the picture is thus obtd.

PURPOSE:To provide a panel which ensures certain switch input and is free from impairing the appearance by structuring so that the connection part of a movable contact operating part with a spacer panel lies along on the rear surface of the button part of a cover sheet. CONSTITUTION:A spacer panel 1 for use in a surface panel 7 for a membrane switch has a movable contact operating part 3 which is formed rigidly on a window part 2 in a single piece through a connection part 4 having resilience. The connection part 4 is for supporting the operation part 3 on the panel 1, has a resilience so that the operation part 3 can move in the vertical direction, and is formed alongside the rear surface of the button part 6 of a cover sheet 5. According to this constitution, the button part is free from plastic deformation or crack initiation even with repeated turning on and off of the switch.

PURPOSE:To manufacture a panel sheet excellent in operability by forming a transfer material for a contact on a substrate sheet and forming a cavity using three pieces of metal molds in a fixed form and injecting thermoplastic resin in order to transfer the transfer material. CONSTITUTION:A movable contact 9 is formed into a desired form, on a base body sheet having a separating property a first mold 4 and a second mold 5 to which a transfer material 10 is fixed and a third mold 6 are molded together tightly so as to form a cavity. Next, thermoplastic elastmer resin is injected inside the cavity 13 for being heated and pressurized in order to transfer the movable contact 9 of the transfer material 10 on the top face of the projected part 7 of the push button part 1. Then, after cooling it down to a normal temperature the molds 4 to 6 are mold-opened to separate the base body sheet for taking out a compact. Thereby, a panel sheet excellent in operability of the push button part having proper elasticity can be easily manufactured.

PURPOSE:To easily connect a fetching circuit so as to make even a material having no heat resisting property usable by forming a homogeneous transparent conductive film on a transparent substrate and piling up a flexible printed circuit board on which the fetching circuit is formed on a base material in a state where the base material is faced to the transparent conductive film, and then performing wiring. CONSTITUTION:A transparent conductive file 2 of SnO2, ITO film, etc., showing a homogeneous resistance value is formed on a glass plate which is a transparent base plate 1. In order to connect the fetching circuits 5 of a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) 3 with the transparent conductive film 2 on the base plate 1, through holes are formed through the base material 4 of the FPC 3 and circuits 5 and the FPC 3 is piled up on the transparent base plate 1 in a state where the connecting terminals 7 of the circuits 5 and the base plate 4 of the FPC 3 can face each other. Therefore, the connection of the fetching circuits becomes easier and even a material having no heat resisting property can be used.

PURPOSE:To effectively insulate between circuit substrates by connecting an electric connection part between the substrates through a conductive material having adhesive properties in a laminated circuit substrate in which two circuit substrates are laminated in such a manner the circuit forming faces of the substrates face to each other, and adhering the nonelectric connection parts through a both-side adhesive sheet. CONSTITUTION:As a conductive material 4 having adhesive properties for connecting electric connection parts between two circuit substrates, a hot metal type conductive paste or conductive sheet is employed. When volatile part can be easily volatilized, deposition dry type conductive paste is employed, and when the substrates can sufficiently transmit an ultraviolet ray and a paste film is thick, ultraviolet ray curable type conductive paste is employed. A both-side adhesive sheet 3 for adhering by insulating the two substrates is provided with adhesive layers 32 on both side faces of a base material 31 made of plastic film, paper, cloth, etc. Mold release paper is provided on the layer 32 as required. The mold release paper is isolated and adhered to the circuit forming face of the substrate at the time of using. The shape of the sheet 3 is suitably designed in response to the type of the conductive material 4 to be used for the electric connection part.

CONSTITUTION:A connection terminal 7 for making the connection of a transparent conductive film 2 and a conductive ink layer 9 mores secure is provided on the peripheral part of the transparent conductive film 2. The transparent substrate 1 and the FPC 3 are laminated and connected on the connection terminal so that fetching circuits 5 are confronted with. An insulating layer 8 and a conductive part are provided between the transparent substrate 1 and the FPC 3. A through hole is generated in the insulating layer 8 concerned and a conductive material is filled in the hole so as to make it the conductive part, whereby the connection terminal 7 and the FPC 3 in the transparent substrate are connected.

PURPOSE:To form a circuit having high reliability on conduction only by transfer and printing on a base material for a printed wiring board by shaping an adhesive layer so as to coat a circuit pattern section consisting of a plating nucleus layer formed to a circuit pattern shape and a plating film layer shaped onto the plating nucleus layer. CONSTITUTION:The surface is release-treated in order to impart release characteristics to a base body sheet 1 composed of polyethylene terephthalate, etc., and a plating nucleus layer 2 is patterned and shaped onto the surface. The plating nucleus layer 2 is constituted. of catalyst ink or a metallic evaporated film mainly comprising single or a plurality of palladium, tin, indium, titanium, silver, copper, nickel, aluminum, etc. A plating film layer 3 and an adhesive layer 4 are formed onto the layer 2. A thermo-setting resin such as epoxy and a thermoplastic resin such as epoxy are used as the adhesive layer 4. Said transfer material is positioned in a mold for injection molding, and a resin is injected and a base material 5 is shaped while a circuit pattern is transferred and printed by the heat and pressure of a molten resin.
