    Abstract: RESUMEN DE LA INVENCIÓN De acuerdo con un método de comunicación de la presente descripción, un respondedor, después del final del barrido de sectores de transmisión (TXSS), recibe de un iniciador una primera trama de retroalimentación que incluye un CAMPO de tipo de entrenamiento de BF que indica si se implementa o no un entrenamiento de formación de haces (BFT) de un multi-entrada-multi-salida de usuario individual (SU-MIMO).     Abstract: Communication devices and methods for multi-band traffic streams are provided. One exemplary embodiment provides a multi-band communication device which includes at least a plurality of transceivers and Media Access Control (MAC) circuitry. In operation, the transceivers each transmit signal frames on different ones of a plurality of frequency bands. The MAC circuitry is coupled to the transceivers and, in operation, receives a multi-band block acknowledgement frame on one of the plurality of frequency bands acknowledging the signal frames transmitted on the plurality of frequency bands. Another exemplary embodiment provides MAC circuitry which in operation generates and transmits a multi-band block acknowledgement frame on one of the plurality of frequency bands acknowledging the signal frames received on the plurality of frequency bands.

    Abstract: A communication device comprises: a PHY transmission circuit which generates a PHY frame that uses either a short Sector Sweep frame or a Sector Sweep frame; and a transmission array antenna which, on the basis of the PHY frame, selects any sector from among a plurality of sectors, and transmits the PHY frame. The PHY transmission circuit generates the short Sector Sweep frame including an abbreviated address of the address of a transmission source communication device and the address of a transmission destination communication device. The abbreviated address is a value obtained by the address of the transmission source communication device and the address of the transmission destination communication device being scrambled on the basis of any field included in the PHY frame, and further calculated using a hash function.
