    Abstract: Apparatuses and systems for providing multiple structures to enable flexibility of a multiple multiple transmission and reception point ultra-reliable low-latency communication (M-TRP URLLC) operation and reduce measurement effort and power consumption from a transceiving apparatus such as a UE are provided. The techniques disclosed here feature a transceiving apparatus including a transceiver and circuitry. The transceiver, in operation, receives signals from multiple transmission and reception points (M-TRPs) in a network on at least physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs). The circuitry, in operation, performs beam failure recovery (BFR) by evaluating beam failure detection (BFD) and candidate new beam detection (CBD) for the signals from at least a first one of the M-TRPs. The signals from the first one of the M-TRPs comprise signals received on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), and the circuitry determines to skip evaluation of one or both of the BFD and the CBD for one or more additional ones of the M-TRPs in response to one or more conditions.

    Abstract: Communication devices and methods for multi-link block acknowledgement are provided. One exemplary embodiment provides a multi-link device (MLD) configured to operate with a first plurality of affiliated stations, the first multi-link device comprising: circuitry, which in operation, initiates setup of a block acknowledgement agreement with a second multi-link device that is configured to operate with a second plurality of affiliated stations, wherein a link has been established between each station of the first plurality of stations and a corresponding station of the second plurality of stations; and a transmitter, which in operation, transmits frames of a Traffic Identifier (TID) on one or more links to the second multi-link device based on the block acknowledgement agreement, wherein the first plurality of stations are configured to share a common transmit buffer that stores the frames of the TID to be transmitted to the second multi-link device and a common transmit buffer control to manage the transmission of the frames over the one or more links, and wherein each of the first plurality of stations is configured to maintain a per-link transmit buffer control to manage the transmission of the frames on a corresponding one of the one or more links.

    Abstract: A communication device comprises: a PHY transmission circuit which generates a PHY frame that uses either a short Sector Sweep frame or a Sector Sweep frame; and a transmission array antenna which, on the basis of the PHY frame, selects any sector from among a plurality of sectors, and transmits the PHY frame. The PHY transmission circuit generates the short Sector Sweep frame including an abbreviated address of the address of a transmission source communication device and the address of a transmission destination communication device. The abbreviated address is a value obtained by the address of the transmission source communication device and the address of the transmission destination communication device being scrambled on the basis of any field included in the PHY frame, and further calculated using a hash function.
