Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid filling joint, which can fill the electrolyte in a cylindrical container of a secondary battery or the like with a vacuum pressurizing method by forming the structure, which has a high sealing property and with which connection/disconnection is facilitated. CONSTITUTION:A base member 2, a sealing elastic material 3, which is fitted to one surface side of the base member 2 and which contacts with the peripheral surface of an opening of a container to be filled with liquid, a wedge-like block 17 for deforming the elastic material 3 to adhere it to the peripheral surface of the opening part, and a cylinder piston 5 for driving the block 17 are provided. The elastic material 3 can be adhered to the peripheral surface of the opening part of the container for adhesive connection and this adhesive connection can be easily cancelled by driving the cylinder piston 5 to move the block 17.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve energy density by alternately laminating a positive electrode and a negative electrode of rectangular forms through a separator, and providing a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal at specified positions. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode 2 and a negative electrode 3 are inserted into bag-shaped separators 8a to be laminated alternately to form a rectangular lamination body 14. One side of the lamination body 14, that is an exposed part 2b of the positive electrode 2 of a specified width, is welded with a positive electrode lead body 11a comprising copper for the whole length of it by ultrasonic welding. One side of the lamination body 14 facing above side, that is an exposed part of the negative electrode 3 of a specified width, is welded with a negative electrode lead body 12a comprising copper for the whole length of it by ultrasonic welding. The lamination body 14 welded with the lead bodies 11a, 12a is contained in a flat rectangular battery container 10, and organic electrolyte 9 is filled in the container 10. The rectangular sizes of the positive electrode 2 and the negative electrode 3 can thus be almost the sizes of an inner form of the container 10.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the spark of a battery by sealing the inert gas in a container of a sealed secondary battery. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode 2 is formed, for example, by coating both surfaces of a collector 5 made of aluminum foil at about 100mmX300mm with LiCoO2 made of compound oxide of transition metals as the positive electrode active material 4. A negative electrode 3 is formed, for example, by coating both surfaces of a collector 7 made of copper foil at about 100mmX300mm with Li as the carbon negative electrode active material 6 having graphite structure, which can be doped and undoped. As a separator 8, a micro porous film at about 100mmX300mm is used. A sealed battery container 10 is filled with organic electrolyte 9, in which LiPF6 is dissolved in the mixture solvent of propylenecarbonate and diethylcarbonate at 1 mole/l of ratio, and the organic electrolyte 9 is filled between the positive electrode active material 4 and the negative electrode active material 6. Before sealing the container 10, air inside of the container 10 is discharged, and the inert gas such as dry gaseous nitrogen and argon gas is sealed in the container 10.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve heat radiating effect and increase capacity by forming an envelope connecting the tips of heat radiating fins into an equilateral triangular shape in a cross section perpendicular to the axis of a battery container. CONSTITUTION:A heat radiating member 5 is formed into a plate shape having approximately the same height as that of a battery container, and made of aluminum excellent in heat conductivity. The member 5 is provided with a cylindrical support cylinder 5a for press-holding a battery unit 4 from the outer peripheral portion 5e of the container in parallel to the axis of the battery container. The outer peripheral portion 5e is formed in such a manner as to surround the battery unit 4 in an equilateral triangular column connecting rectangular heat radiating fins 5b-5d to the ends (b)-(d) of the fins 5b-5d in parallel to the axis of the battery container supported by the support cylinder 5a. Heat to be generated inside of the container is conducted to the support cylinder 5a of the heat radiating member 5, to be radiated by the fins 5b-5d of the heat radiating member 5 disposed symmetrically. Consequently, it is possible to uniformly radiate heat at the surface of the battery unit 4.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To execute exactly an assembly, and to enhance a yield of a product by fixing the tip of a supporting part of a temporary fitting jig to a frame, installing a diaphragm part to a coil bobbin, and thereafter, removing the supporting part of the temporary fitting jig. CONSTITUTION:A voice coil inserting jig 6 is fitted onto a center pole of a magnetic circuit, onto which a coil bobbin is fitted. Subsequently, a damper 7 is inserted and fitted to this coil bobbin, the circumference of a round hole part of the damper 7 is stuck to the outside part of the coil bobbin by an adhesive and also a fixing plate part 7a is stuck and fixed to a supporting circular base part 8 of a frame. Next, a ring part 10 of a temporary fitting jig 9 is fit-inserted and stuck to the upper part of the coil bobbin, and also a supporting part 11 is stuck to a supporting base part 15 of a support 14 provided projectingly from the supporting circular base part 8. Subsequently, a diaphragm part 16 is installed by sticking its coupler to the coil bobbin and attaching its edge to the frame, and thereafter, the supporting part 11 is removed by breaking off the temporary fitting jig 9 from the part of narrow grooves 12, 13.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate effectively distortion of emitted sound, by forming a part of the voice coil structure of the speaker with Al and by subjecting Al to the anodic oxidation processing in the mixture solution of an organic acid and a sulfuric acid to prevent deformation. CONSTITUTION:Bobbin 8 and ring 9 constituting a voice coil are formed with Al thin plates of thickness 50-70mum, and both sides of all of them are subjected to anodic oxidation. The solution for anodic oxidation is generated by mixing 250g/l maleic acid and 3-5g/l sulfuric acid, and the temperature of this solution is set to 20-40 deg.C, and Al thin plates are soaked in this solution, and DC 3A/dm is flowed to perform anodic oxidation. Formed Al2O3 has a very high hardness, and approximately 600Hv is obtained as Vickers hardness, and this Al2O3 does not generate crack and is uniform. Therefore, deformation is prevented effectively, and reinforcing ring 9 can be omitted in a certain case. Further, since the bobbin and the ring are made nonconductive, generation of a molten metal current is avoided, and distortion is avoided also. By the speaker dependent upon this constitution, emitted sound without distortion and with a high fidelity can be obtained.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large capacity electrode body with barrier property to gas and water by inserting the electrode body into a resin frame and laminating a plurality of cases of the electrode bodies, whose opening ends on the both sides are heat-sealed with flexible cover members. SOLUTION: Electrolytic solution in which LiPF 6 has been dissolved at the rate of 1 mol/liter in mixed liquid of propylene carbonate and diethyl carbonate is impregnated into an electrode body 100. This electrode body 100 is inserted into a resin frame 150, a bolt 103 is passed through a hole 161, and the electrode body 100 is engaged with a nut 337 via a Teflon made O-ring 333, a spacer 334, a washer 335 and a metal washer 336. Next, flexible cover members are set to the opening sides on both the sides of the resin frame 150. Continuingly, the cover member 200 is heat-sealed to the resin frame 150 by impulse heating. The cases 70 of a plurality of electrode bodies assembled in this way are laminated by a fixing and binding means. Thus, a large capacity electrode body with barrier property to gas and water is obtained.
