Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-color reversible multicolor thermal recording medium which is free from color fogging and has clear development/extinguishment of color and a clear contrast and which has an image stability excellent for practical use and enables repeated development/extinguishment of an arbitrary color tone. SOLUTION: Recording layers 11-13 containing respectively reversible thermal color-developing compositions different in a developed hue from each other are formed separately/independently in sequence from the side of a support base 1, in the surface direction of a support base 1. The recording layers 11-13 contain respectively photothermal conversion compositions which absorb near-infrared rays of different wavelength regions from each other and emit heat, and structures are specified concretely as to the photothermal conversion compositions in the second recording layers of at least the second layer and after. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick-on seat material which contains a reversible multi-color recording layer having clear coloring/decoloring and contrast to enable repetitive recording/clearing of information, and a card. SOLUTION: The reversible multi-color recording layer 10 is formed by separating/laminating recording layers 11-13 containing a plurality of reversible thermal coloring compositions with various coloring tones. These reversible thermal coloring compositions provide the stick-on seat material 20 which should contain photothermal conversion material absorbing respective infrared with different wavelength band and heat-generating, and a card. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce jitter in pixel display of an optical element constituting a display or the like. SOLUTION: This optical element is a fiber waveguide type optical element 10 which has a core part 12 in a pipe shaped clad part 11 and has constitution in which a medium 14 having flow property is enclosed in the inside of the core part 12 so as to be movable and the element has a light source 21, a medium pouring means 25, a liquid sending means 22, a light detecting means 30 which detects light to be released from the end face 14f of the medium and makes a position and time where and when the light is released signals, and a control part 24 for controlling the timing of the light to be emitted from the light source 21. The element adjusts a pixel display position by controlling light emission timing from the light source 21 with the control part 24 in accordance with signals from the light detecting means 30.
