Abstract: A process for producing microbeads is provided which is capable of supplying a bead set including many kinds of microbeads, the population of each kind of microbeads being clear. The process for producing microbeads includes: a step (S1) in which a hydrophilic layer comprising a hydrophilic organic material is formed on a substrate; a step (S2) in which a thin film capable of being released as microbeads is superposed on the hydrophilic layer; a shaping step (S3) in which the thin film formed is shaped into a given form by photolithography; an immobilization step (S6) in which a given substance is immobilized to the shaped thin film; and a release step (S7) in which the shaped thin film having the substance immobilized thereto is released from the substrate together with at least part of the hydrophilic layer to obtain the microbeads.

Alternatively, they are a magnetic recording medium and cleaning tape which hold an antiseize agent containing a diketone compound. The antiseize agent may contain a titanium coupling agent, carboxylic acid, and phosphor-containing compound, in addition to the above compound.

Abstract: Die Strömungsrate eines lichtstreuenden Fluids wird leichter und schneller gemessen.Ein Strömungsraten-Messverfahren gemäß der vorliegenden Offenbarung weist Folgendes auf: Erzeugen von wenigstens zwei Specklebildern durch kontinuierliches Abbilden eines zu messenden lichtstreuenden Fluids, während eine Zeit, die kürzer als die Zeit bis zum Verschwinden der räumlichen Korrelation ist, welche der Zeit entspricht, in der die räumliche Korrelation zwischen vom lichtstreuenden Fluid erzeugten Specklemustern verschwindet, als Belichtungszeit definiert wird, bei einem Zeitintervall, das kürzer als die Zeit bis zum Verschwinden der räumlichen Korrelation ist, und Berechnen der Richtung und der Geschwindigkeit der Strömung des lichtstreuenden Fluids anhand einer zeitlichen Variation der Specklemuster zwischen den wenigstens zwei Specklebildern, wobei die Specklebilder unter Verwendung einer Abbildungsvorrichtung, an der ein Flächensensor angebracht ist, und einer Pixelgruppe eines Teils des Flächensensors oder unter Verwendung einer Abbildungsvorrichtung, an der ein Liniensensor angebracht ist, erzeugt werden.
