    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a motorized clutch brake system that is able to change its constituent parts quickly and easily at the time of repairing a clutch brake and of replacing a clutch disk or the like. CONSTITUTION:A driven shaft 22 is pivoted to a fixed casing 20, while two brake disks 26, 32, a brake piston 33 and a braking cap 35 are all housed in an annular space formed by the driven shaft 22 and a ring fixed sleeve 28 attached to this fixed casing, and a rotary sleeve 40 installed tight with a rotator core 70 and an outer cylinder 71 installed tight with a stator coil 73 both are installed at the outside of the fixed sleeve 28. In succession, two clutch disks 27, 52 and a clutch piston 57 are housed in an annular space made up of a tip side of the driven shaft 22 and the ring rotary casing 46, and these members stored in respective ring spaces are made so as to be taken out of the tip side of the driven shaft 22.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a sudden stop and a sudden start by way of decreasing the moment of inertia by installing a rotary brake disc and a rotary clutch disc directly on a driven shaft and by providing fluid pressure pistons to actuate a clutch part and a brake part. CONSTITUTION:A fly-wheel 21 and a driven shaft 22 are connected and disconnected by a clutch-braking device consisting of a brake part 24 provided with a brake side fluid pressure piston 23A and a clutch part 25 provided with a clutch side piston 23B. The brake part 24 has a rotary brake disc 28 directly provided on a spline 27 of the driven shaft 22 and a fixed brake 29. The clutch part 25 has a rotary clutch disc 35 directly provided on a spline 34 formed on the driven shaft 22 and a fixed clutch disc 36. As only both of the rotary discs rotate in cooperation with the driven shaft and the moment of inertia is small, it is possible to make a sudden stop and a sudden start.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure large torque and low speed simultaneously with small torque and high speed by setting a brake piston to actuation and/or inoperativeness, making a bracket rotable or fixable and using a high speed motor and a reduction-geared motor in a selective manner. CONSTITUTION:When a large torque and low speed rotation is outputted, a pressure medium is taken into a cylinder groove 72 from an inlet hole 18, operating a brake piston 17, and a brake disk 21 is held between both movable stationary plates 19 and 20, thereby checking any rotation of a bracket 10. If so, an internal gear 101 is fixed, while a planetary reduction gear mechanism is constituted of a sun gear 16, a planetary gear 11, and the internal gear 101, and output speed of a reduction-geared motor 14 is decelerated and transmitted to an output shaft 8 via a carrier 13. When the output rotation of high speed and low torque is secured, the pressure medium to be taken into the cylinder groove 72 is extracted. If so, the holding of the brake disk 21 between both stationary plates 19 and 20 is released, so that the bracket 10 becomes rotatable. In succession, a high-speed motor 1 is rotated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable highly-precise measurement of a speed of an object making a linear movement by a simple construction, by using a magnet rod and a plurality of coils and rectifiers. CONSTITUTION:A magnet rod 1 extending in a prescribed direction is divided in a plurality of permanent magnets 1a, which are so arranged that each magnet 1a is different in polarity from an adjacent one. Coils 3 and 4 are disposed in proximity to the rod 1 so that the axes thereof intersect the direction of the extension of the rod 1 perpendicularly, and they are connected to bridge rectifiers 5 and 6 respectively. When the rod 1 and the coils 3 and 4 move relatively in the direction of an arrow in the figure, according to this constitution, alternating-current electromotive forces are generated in the coils 3 and 4. These alternating-current signals are rectified in the rectifiers 5 and 6 respectively, and direct-current voltage signals obtained therefrom are inputted as a synthesized direct-current voltage signal Vi to an amplifier 7, amplified thereby and outputted Vo. Since the signal Vi differs according to the speed of linear movement of the rod, it increases with an increase in the speed of the linear movement, and the signal Vo increases also therewith. Accordingly, the speed of the linear movement of the rod 1 can be determined by measuring the amplitude of the signal Vo.
