    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw joint for oil well pipe excellent in seizure resistance and airtightness and rust-prevention oil composition used for the screw joint for oil well pipe by suppressing generation of rust and eliminating instability of fastening torque without using compound grease. SOLUTION: A solid lubricating film is formed on either one of a box and a pin constituting a screw joint and a rust-prevention film is formed on the other. Or, solid lubricating films are formed on both of the box and the pin and a rust-prevention film is formed on at least either one of the solid lubricating films of the box and the pin. The solid lubricating film is made a film of inorganic high molecular compound in which resin or M(metal) -O is made as a skeletal structure. The rust- prevention film is made of rust-prevention oil composition in which alkaline metal salt of carboxylic acid and/or alkaline earth metal salt of carboxylic acid are included, a saponification value is 20 to 150 mgKOH/g, a whole basic value is 15 to 100 mgKOH/ g and total content of alkaline metal and alkaline earth metal is 2 to 20 mass %. It is desirable that rust-prevention oil composition includes lubricant made of one kind or more of graphite, molybdenum disulfide and organic Mo compound by 5 to 30 mass %.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threaded joint for an oil well pipe having the material of carbon steel or low alloy steel of Cr containing quantity of less than 10 wt.%, for suppressing the generation of galling to repititive fastening and unfasting, in mining crude oil under environments of deep depth, high- temperature oil well, or a high-temperature environment such as a steam injection oil well, and excellent in airtightness. SOLUTION: A phosphate chemically treated coat 9 is formed on the nonthreaded metal contacting part of at least any one side of a box and a pin 21, and moreover lubricating coat 6 of an inorganic macromolecular compound 7, dispersedly mixed with molybdenum disulfite and/or graphite, is formed on the coat 9. The weight ratio (B/A) between the containing quantity of the compound 7 (A) and that of the total of the molybdenum and the graphite (B) is 0.3-9.0, and the coat thickness of the coat 6 is preferably 5-30 μm.

Or the Cu plated layer 9 is formed on the nonthreaded metal contact part of either oneside of the pin 2 and box and the lubrication film of the inorganic high polymeric compound whose skeleton is the resin or M (metal)-O dispersed and mixed molybdenum disulfied and/or graphite is formed on the other nonthreaded metal contact part. The weight ratio (B/A) between the contact (A) of the inorganic high polymeric compound whose skeleton is the resin or M (metal)-O and the total content (B) of molybdenum disulfied and graphite is favorably 0.3∼0.9.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject oiling agent exhibiting a low viscosity and an excellent lubricating property, capable of reducing an adhesion amount and the generation of seizing, and useful for producing highly lustrous stainless steel plates by a high speed rolling method by compounding a specific base oil, a surfactant and an extreme-pressure agent. SOLUTION: This water-soluble cold rolling oil agent comprises (A) a base oil comprising a mineral oil, a synthetic water (e.g. having 15-30 carbon atoms) or a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and having a viscosity of /s, preferably 4-6 mm /s, at 40 deg.C, (B) a surfactant such as a nonionic surfactant (e.g. a sorbitan surfactant having an HLB of >=13) or an anionic surfactant, and (C) an extreme- pressure agent such as a sulfur-based extreme-pressure agent having a sulfur content of >=10 wt.% and a phosphorus-based extreme-pressure agent having a phosphorus content of >=5 wt.%. The oiling agent preferably contains the components B and C in amounts of 5-30 wt.% and 1-10 wt.%, respectively, based on the whole amount of the oiling agent.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce a titanium plate and titanium alloy plate excellent in mirror gloss by cold rolling. CONSTITUTION:In cold rolling consisting of intermediate rolling and finish rolling, with using a work roll of >=22mm diameter and a rolling oil of 30-200cSt viscosity at 50 deg.C, the stock is subjected to intermediate rolling with the rolling reduction of 70% at least out of the total rolling reduction applied to a stock to be rolled in both intermediate and finish rolling. Subsequently, the stock is subjected to finish rolling at 20% draft at least with using a work roll having 20-150mm diameter, =Hv850 surface hardness and a rolling oil of 5-20cSt viscosity at 50 deg.C. Sucessively, after the stock to be rolled is washed as a post process of cold rolling, annealed in inert gas atmosphere or vacuum.
